Beachwalk Villa si trova nella gated community privata di Shipyard Plantation. Il Beachwalk Regime è l'armadio di tutti i regimi in spiaggia nella piantagione. È una delle zone più belle e tranquille dell'isola con grandi querce, lagune e palme per creare un pittoresco ambiente tropicale. Le attività ricreative in loco includono golf e tennis a carico del locatario. Infinite piste ciclabili possono essere percorse in tutta la piantagione del cantiere navale. Certo, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca ti aspetta!

La villa si trova a soli 8 minuti a piedi su un sentiero lastricato e ombreggiato. Una grande piscina accogliente è una breve passeggiata di 2 minuti. Una serata rilassante vi farà apprezzare il grande ponte, completo di tavolo, sedie e griglia a gas.

Questa villa al primo piano è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Nuova vernice, un nuovo divano / letto queen size, una nuova comoda sedia reclinabile e pavimenti in laminato sono stati appena aggiunti per offrire un ambiente pulito e accogliente. Sono stati aggiunti anche nuovi elettrodomestici per la tua comodità.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno privato. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli con un altro bagno appena fuori dalla porta della camera.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e fornita di tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare e mangiare. Il proprietario ha cercato di pensare a tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Goditi la connessione Internet gratuita, i giochi forniti e i film.

Home away from Home

My husband and I loved staying at the Ultimate Beach Getaway. Beyond cleanliness, being super comfortable and well stocked, we felt like we were home. Jo was a delight to work with. She was easy to communicate with and very accomidating. We would highly recommend staying here. You will love it!

Beach Walks

The condo is a quick 8 minute walk to the beach. Everything inside is very clean. The furniture, kitchen appliances, linens, etc. were in like new conditions. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a few spices, oils, keruig and old school coffee pots with filters. The main bedroom mattress is comfortable. Beach towels and inflatables were available as well as games and books. We met the owners upstairs and next door; both were very friendly. Jo is responsive, friendly and communicates well. The only downside was you can hear every step upstairs and the condo does slope a bit. These are completely out of Jo's control and just something to be aware of. If you want a clean and well furnished unit to rent this place is it.

Nothing short of Fantastic

First, I want to say the host is amazing. Jo was communicative and a pleasure to work with. That said, the villa did not disappoint. It was well kept, cozy, and just a fabulous home away from home. It has everything you'd expect and then some. Five stars for sure. The only thing I'd say was a "hmm" not even a disappointment was - we thought the pool was within view of the villa (i.e. in the back yard) based on some of the pictures. It's right around the corner and not far but that was something we were like...did we remember the pictures wrong. However, it's not a big deal at all and I'm only saying it because I probably wouldn't believe me if I read this review and all I had to say was glowing and warm recommendations. :) We'll be back for certain! Thank you Jo!

Wonderful Accommodations

This villa is exactly as described. While we are active during our stay, the villa is a perfect place to get a reprieve from the heat, and a comfortable place for family gathering in the evening. The check-in process was a breeze and the villa was well-prepped for new visitors. Jo, the manager of the unit, is attentive and focused on a great experience for guests. Some highlights of the villa: The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals ( if you want to eat in), the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are large and spotless, and the beach locker ( located below the Shipyard beach house) is a huge convenience, and the short walk to the beach is a plus. This property is very charming and in a quiet location. Jump at the chance to book this wonderful villa.

Great townhome for both beach and golf!

This townhome is a nice place to stay. Plenty of room and has everything you need for your vacation. Owner communicated with us great and was very helpful. Instructions are very clear. The place is decorated beautifully. We didn’t use them but beach chairs in a locker are provided. Bathrooms are a good size. Water pressure very good in showers. Nice deck and grill to use. Short walk to the pool. Area was quiet other than two kids above us. lol. We loved the Shipyard Golf course plus close proximity to many restaurants and other places of interest. Great area to walk or bike. Glad to now know how nice this area is.

As depicted

We had a wonderful ten day stay. We have been coming to HHI and Shipyard for almost thirty years and were looking for a new place to stay. Found it! Everything was thought of. The leaf blower was a bonus to keep the deck clean. Shipyard has moved the beach tag parking requirement up to mid April, but if parking wasn't available the walk is manageable. The beach locker is definitely an asset for that reason. Beds comfortable, linens and towels were nice. You could hear neighbors walking around above us, but that is expected with units above. The unit has been updated and decorated all beachy theme, loved it. Communication was amazing.

Couldn’t have been more PERFECT!!

My husband and I stayed here for practice rounds and then a multiple day golf competition. This location was VERY close to the beach with an easy in/out to all other island amenities and courses. I always felt safe being alone at the rental and out and about near this property. Everyone in the parking lot was friendly. The owner has thought of EVERY POSSIBLE NEED a guest may have in both the rental and the available locker at the Beach House! We have stayed in VRBO rentals before, but this was by far the best equipped and easiest stay we have ever had. Will definitely look for this rental in the future!

Wonderful Getaway

The property is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the wonderful deck outside each morning. Comfortable beds and recliners. Conveniently close to the beach (their 8 minute walk estimate is accurate!). Being able to use their chairs and beach locker was a plus! We will definitely be coming back.

The location of the property was only a short walk to the beach. The locker near the beach was a plus so we did not have to carry things back and forth from the beach. Nice deck and beautiful trees. Also close to the private- like pool. Jo was always available for questions- very friendly!

Highly recommend!

Jo was fabulous to work with and the unit was exactly as described/pictured. The beach was an easy walk, but even better because Jo was able to get us a beach stamp to park a bit closer - which our young child appreciated. Clean, convenient, and very spacious and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again.

Mom's 90th surprise birthday party

We had the grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, BFFs, daughters, sons in law, for Mom's 90th. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate us all for dinner every night. The kitchen was very well stocked to make those dinners. It was really wonderful.

Everything you want and then some!

After spending a stupid amount of time reading reviews on VBRO I finally settled on this Shipyard Condo. Those hours paid off! Beautiful location, closest housing to the beach in Shipyard. Wildlife there is an added bonus. Condo is clean, updated, has two large bathrooms, excellent kitchen loaded with whatever you need. Beach locker with chairs and boogie boards at Shipyard Beach House made it all the better without schlepping your chairs etc. all over the place. Check in and check out flawless. If you have never been to Hilton Head the beach is clean, safe and family friendly.

We have stayed at this villa twice now. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. The villa is great and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It’s convenient to the beach, nice relaxing pool and a beautiful plantation. This year they had a locker at the beach so we could use their chairs, which was a real convenience. These renters want to make your vacation as convenient and as comfortable as home. Jo is very nice and always available for you.

If we could have picked up this villa and taken it on every trip with us it would be great! It’s a beautifully decorated villa, super clean, perfect amount of space with comfortable furniture. Simply the Best

This is the nicest property in which we've ever stayed. The kitchen was better equipped than all others, it was perfectly cleaned. It was quiet and comfortable, an easy walk to the beach, and close to all nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. The property manager was very responsive and insured we had a wonderful stay. We would recommend this property to anyone.
