" Suite & Salty " with a balcony overlooking the pool is the perfect villa with all the amenities ready for your romantic getaway or island escape.

You'll find your ideal coastal retreat at this choice 2 bedroom 2 bath tastefully decorated condo overlooking the pool. Fully furnished tranquil location with everything that you'll need for the perfect family or couple getaway vacation.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach. Escape the crowds and stroll beautifully landscaped grounds, courtyards, lagoon and fountains.

This 2nd-floor villa is easily accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Enter into an open floor plan including: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with pull out couch, dining room table, smart flat screen TV, washer dryer, large sliding glass door takes you onto balcony overlooking the pool.

Master bedroom with private bath includes king bed smart TV. Second bedroom features two twin beds flat screen smart TV.

For your convenience we provide beach buggy, beach chairs, and beach umbrella.

On-site amenities at The Spa on Port Royal Sound include:
-Indoor heated pool with an ADA compliant lift (open year-round)

There's $25 parking pass fee that must be paid at the gate in cash upon arrival, additional pass $5 per car.

The host was very accommodating with prompt replies and wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The suite was super clean and well appointed for our extended stay. The beds were comfortable and the living room couch was excellent.

Must love cats and planes.

The location is beautiful. Pools, sauna, pier and grilling areas are all within a comfortable walking distance on the property. Clean and comfortable space and management was very responsive and friendly. It is worth pointing out that the airport is VERY close and you will have noise interference as planes depart/land. Also next door is a cat sanctuary so you will see feral cats on the property as you walk around outside. They are very pretty to watch and keep their distance

Suited us perfectly

This property was just the right size and price for our 3 night stay. Cool natural beach at end of property that we all enjoyed exploring at low tide (we learned to avoid the fluff mud). Great pool and about an 18 minute drive to Coligny Beach. It's great for beach lovers (my husband and kids stayed on the beach all day) and shoppers (I took respite in the shops and restaurants). Great trip, great stay.

Overall decent place, but needs some attention

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a last minute booking while we were trying not to break the bank. The complex is an older facility with nice amenities (two outdoor pools, one indoor, one hot tub, beach access, small lagoon). We only used the main pool, but it was nice and we enjoyed it. We went to the beach on property and jellyfish were washing up everywhere (and also at other beaches on the island). My kids loved spotting the cats all over from the nearby cat sanctuary, but we did not love that the property is at the end of the island airport runway and the jets taking off and landing periodically were quite loud. The unit itself is nicely decorated and mostly had what we needed. Upon arrival, we noticed some problems with the twin bathroom toilet and the balcony sliding door, but the owner was quick to respond and send a repairman the next morning. The repairman was pleasant and fairly quick. Later we noticed a large crack in the master bathroom ceiling over the shower and a problem with the shower head fitting such that it sprayed water all over the wall when the shower was on. Also the knob on the dishwasher was removed and we could not get it back on, making the dishwasher unusable. I assume the homeowner will quickly fix these things as he did with the other issues. Overall, the stay was fine, not great, but the price matched that as well. There was also a required $20 parking tag which I don’t remember in the initial information before booking.
