- Elevators, luggage carts, and coin-operated laundry are available on every floor
- One complimentary parking space is included - covered & uncovered parking area (first come, first serve - no assigned spots)
- Direct access to one of Hilton Head's best beaches
- Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bakeries and entertainment (Celebration Park & Coligny Plaza)
- Close to several bike rental outfitters (pick up or delivery to condo unit is usually provided). Just provide the bike outfitter the gate code that will provided to you and they can enter at GATE D to reach the bike storage area.

**This is a NO SMOKING rental. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in Villa #280, OR on the balcony. If you enjoy smoking with kindly ask that you seek out another property that allows smoking. There is a designated smoking area outside near the gate entrance. Thank you.

** Please be aware there is NO electric car charging station on the property. Also, you cannot charge any EV or bike batteries in the Villa or on the property due to fire safety reasons.
