• This unit is on the third floor; there is no elevator, so stairs are required to access the unit.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Communal pools, hot tub, and fitness room are shared and located within the community.

• There is a SMALL portable dishwasher that sits on the side table for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
