Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully renovated Forest Gardens villa in South Forest Beach offers the perfect blend of coastal style, comfort, and unbeatable location. This main-floor end unit features a bright, open layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. The villa comfortably sleeps four with two bedrooms and two full baths, including a primary suite with a plush king bed and private en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath with a tub/shower combination. WiFi, cable TV, Roku streaming in the bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the conveniences of home.

Step outside to your covered back deck overlooking the community pool (open April through September), a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Just across the parking lot, a direct beach path leads you straight to the ocean, making beach days effortless. You’ll also be minutes from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Coligny Plaza, as well as the green space and playground at Lowcountry Celebration Park.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the villa includes two complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles and four backpack beach chairs, so you’re always ready to explore the island’s scenic bike paths or spend the day by the water. Great Location

Ideal location if you aren't planning to haul children & supplies to the beach. Husband and I could easily access everything we planned via bikes, beach path & FREE trolley. It offered plenty of room in a secluded setting. Only drawbacks were a very small kitchen area & a mildew smell (despite being clean) that we were able to ignore after purchasing a plug in for the main area. Otherwise, the rental was perfect for us.

Amazing Getaway for Hilton Head!

This was our first time staying in this location and the condo was perfect. Having access to a pool, bikes, and beach chairs took a huge relief on our planning. While the walk is a bit long (especially if you are pulling two kids age 2-4 in a wagon) it is not that far and a nice opportunity to talk people on the way. Beds were nice and comfortable. The condo community is very friendly which is nice for a family vacation.

Hilton head stay

Great location. The welcome packet had a lot of helpful information about the area. There were also helpful instructions on using the dishwasher and how to walk to the beach.
