Clean, cute house. Quiet neighborhood with landscaping that made it private to enjoy the pool and back yard area. Loved the screened in back porch. Had all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend renting this property.

Great Stay

Very comfortable and clean home that is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Bikes and beach chairs were provided which was a nice perk. Sea pines is a beautiful area. The only negatives: the pool is not heated and no beach towels are provided.

Absolutely as expected! Home was perfect - pool was exactly what the group needed after beach, biking, shopping. Clean, well stocked, location was nice in between all major attractions.

Peaceful vacation home

Clean well appointed home in quiet neighborhood. 15 minute bike ride to Sea Pines beach club or 4 minute car drive. We could not park there because of the amount of guest parking reserved for property guests. Other than that the vacation was awesome.. a very comfortable home with no problems at all , everything worked especially the AC😎. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice family oriented house in a beautiful neighborhood!

Property was in nice quiet neighborhood! Clean with nice pool! Had one issue and the property management resolved it a very timely manner! Would recommend it to a family oriented family! My family had a really good stay in Hilton head island! So much to do in this area! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay here! Greg!

Great place!

Everything was great! Nice property, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Only real negative was that the AC was really loud when it was on. I think it was because the temperature outside was 95 most of the week. Later in the week, when it was cooler out, the AC wasn't as loud.

Amazing Home

We stayed here back in October and absolutely loved the home! It was very spacious and we loved the screened in porch! The home is decorated with great furnishings which made you feel like you were right at home. The pool and backyard were amazing! With this home being pet friendly our dog loved the yard. The home had everything you could need as far as linens, toiletries and kitchen items-you literally show up and enjoy vacation! And the location of the home doesn’t get much better. Sea pines is a wonderful area of the island with so many bike trails and things to do. The bikes the homeowner provided were the icing on the cake! We had a blast touring the area and the beach on the bikes. The home is located a short bike ride from the beach. We use VRBO quite a bit and this was hands down one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at. We will be booking again. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and easy.

Wonderful HH home with a pool

We had a great stay at this home. The location was great- nice and quiet and very close to the bike paths. It was wonderful to have a pool in the back yard which was very comfortable and clean. The property manager was easily reached when we had a question about the breaker. I agree with some previous reviews- the home could have been cleaned a little better. It is a dog friendly home, so there definitely is a mild smell of dog there (it didn't bother us, but it might bother people who don't have animals). Overall we really liked this house and would definitely stay here again.

Great experience, would definitely book again

Everything was as described, no major issues throughout the stay. Only issue we experienced was pool cleaning company came unannounced and scared us a bit. Would definitely come back to this house if available. Good location to bike paths and beach. Pool was larger than we expected.

Vacation in Sea Oubes

Overall we had a great vacation at 11 Deer run. The house was very comfortable and mostly updated. Back yard and pool were great. My only suggestions to the owners would be to invest in new bath towels and the guest bath needs a shower liner. Also the 3rd bedroom is really a double not a queen bed and very uncomfortable for 2 people to share.

Great location!

This property is perfect or families and pets. Located steps away from the bike paths. Great screen porch and fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint was that under the furniture and beds were dirty (food, dirty sock) clearly should've been seen by the cleaning crew. The people that stayed before had not picked up after their dog in the natural area. So given check in isn't until 4:00pm and we had a lot of cleaning and yard work to do, it was close to 5:30 before we could start our vacation. Also, the pool was supposed to be cleaned 2Xweekly but nobody came so it was turning green. These are all things that can be addressed so with all that said, I would strongly recommend this property!

Great summer getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and conveniently located to beach, bike paths, and many restaurants. We loved the layout of the home-the bedrooms are tucked away from the back porch and pool. The kitchen is well maintained and great for cooking on site. Washer and dryer made keeping up with laundry and beach towels a breeze. We used the bikes to get to the beach-only about a half mile ride. Beach chairs were easy to tote along on bike and bikes have baskets for other gear. Our favorite part was having our own pool on site-you can’t beat having a pool to yourself that never closes. It gets great sun! We loved grilling out and using the screened in patio to enjoy dinners in the evening. The pictures of the screened in don’t do it justice. It has so much seating and is much larger than we expected. Thank you for a great week away. We felt very safe here and able to socially distance here and the couple places we went out. Tip: Have groceries delivered!

Perfect Getaway

The house was great. We loved the location in Sea Pines, the backyard and the swimming pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including a small room with a desk my son could use while taking online classes. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great Stay in Heritage Woods!

We had a great time at this vacation home. This was the first time we stayed in Heritage Woods. The home was very clean and I appreciated the updated decor throughout the home. This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. We loved how big the pool was. Loved having the bikes right there in the garage. Short 5 min bike ride to the beach. Nice bike rides to South Beach and Harbourtown. We would definitely stay here again.
