  • Hilton Head Island. Questa bella casa vicino oceano è appena stato rinnovato di recente e ha tutto il necessario per la vostra prossima vacanza.

    17 gradini fino all'entrata dove si trovano bellissimi pavimenti in pietra una volta entrate. L'ampio soggiorno a destra ha una splendida vista sulla laguna di nuovo fuori con porte scorrevoli al ponte. Ha un divano in pelle, 4 sedie imbottite, lettore DVD e un 60 & quot; TV a schermo piatto montato sopra il caminetto decorativo. Fuori del soggiorno è la sala da pranzo con un tavolo in legno con 10 posti a sedere. La cucina dispone di belle granito con 4 sgabelli in pelle, un mini bar, e le porte sul ponte.

    La prima camera da letto è una master suite con un letto matrimoniale, chaise lounge, un armadio con TV e porte al ponte. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con ripiani in granito, due vanità separate, due armadi walk-in, una vasca idromassaggio e una doccia. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli, porte al ponte e un armadio con un televisore. 18 gradini portano al secondo piano con due camere da letto più supplementari. La terza camera ha due letti queen size, TV a schermo piatto, vista sulla laguna e un bagno privato con doppi lavandini e una vasca / doccia combo. La quarta camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, televisore a schermo piatto, vista sulla laguna e un bagno privato con un solo lavandino e doccia.

    Il ponte posteriore ha una larga intorno portico che si affaccia su una laguna, un tavolo per 6 e gradini che conducono alla straordinaria area della piscina, che dispone di una griglia incorporato con lavello e 7 sgabelli da bar, tavolo da ping pong, posti a sedere supplementari di cui due divani in vimini e due sedie, grande piscina con idromassaggio, e dock.

    * Pool & amp; Jacuzzi può essere riscaldata su richiesta a pagamento.

Last. year we had a less than satisfactory experience with 44 Sea Lane property in Palmetto Dines. I complained directly to the Island Getaway manager and was satisfied with their response whichever I included am assurance the property would be cleaned and inspected before rental...I should mention that this is my family's have visited HHI 17 years. the above mentioned property was in great condition this year, including the outdoor grill. thank you Island Getaway for your attentive and excellent turn a round... /s/ Don Griffin, Captain U. Rented this house for 3 yrs and will never return. House not well maintained and many things not working. Severe roof leak in second floor bath making it unusable for my guests. Impossible TV situation in living room with useless instructions. Broken or unusable lights everywhere. Nevertheless, location is great and back deck and pool wonderful. House has been for sale for over a year...hummm.

Location and back pool and view were absolutely amazing, unfortunately are stay was not. House exterior needs better up keep there were no working lights in front of house to see entrance or front stairs or doorway, when we arrived the doors were unlocked and then we had random maintenance show up unannounced twice then were told last minute with a 2 hour noticed that a new washer and dryer were be delivered, we waited and were told an IG Staff member would stay to sign off and lock doors as we didn't want our stuff unattended while delivery guys were there and she left, we came back to front door unlocked again. The kitchen is not well equipped there were no cutting boards knifes were horrible I had to go buy cutting board and a griddle from Kroger to cook. The grill wasn't working we had to buy a propane tank, the delivery guys left a huge mess in laundry room that had to be cleaned one thing after another. Be prepared for neighboring lawn work being done everyday as well as construction peaceful after 7pm

Beautiful renovations made to the house and we love the location. My only suggestion for improvement is to update the bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs.

We loved this house and location. This was our 29th year on the Island and each year we look for that one house that we can return to year after year, and this might be it... until the grandkids get too big and we need another 1 or 2 bedrooms! Only drawback, in my opinion, is that the pool gets a lot of tree crud (pine needles, bark, etc.) in the pool, and especially the hot-tub (if you use it), but otherwise we liked the updates they’ve begun and the outdoor area!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The renovations are gorgeous and set the tone for the trip. The location is ideal with access to the lagoons and quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this house!

This rental provided pretty good value for a week's vacation in Hilton Head. The best part of the house is its location on the canal, providing very nice views from the rear deck and pool area. The kitchen, dining, living and master bed rooms appear to have been remodeled recently and are functional and comfortable. We like to cook at home so the kitchen furnishings are adequate. The rest of the house is original (1980's?) including the other three bedrooms. Bedroom furnishings need improvement, especially the pillows. Beach access is a 15 minute walk or drive to PD beach club. We would be undecided about renting this home again, but it might be worth a try for you.

Very beautiful home and location. many updates. Air conditioning not working well in master bedroom and bath. outside gas grill broken. carpet dirty. otherwise clean. Issues could be fixed. Would like to stay here again

Enjoyed our stary

We really enjoyed this house. The only downside is it is a little walk to the beach. However, you could spend almost all your time at the house with the outdoor areas including a beautiful pool and a dock on the lagoon. Although you have neighbors, it felt very private.
