Situato in una piccola comunità nel centro di Sea Pines chiamata Greenwood Forest, a breve distanza in bicicletta da qualsiasi luogo di Sea Pines, si trova questa casa accogliente splendidamente ristrutturata con un piano open space. L'indirizzo è 2 Dewberry Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC.

La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata di recente e presenta pavimenti in legno in tutta la casa. Offre 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La nuovissima cucina comprende elettrodomestici Bosch e ripiani in marmo ed è dotata di tutti gli strumenti necessari per cucinare un pasto perfetto. Si apre sulla grande sala da pranzo e sul soggiorno aperti. Goditi la colazione al bar della colazione.

Siediti davanti al camino e ascolta la musica sul nostro sistema musicale Sonos o guarda la TV quando trascorri del tempo nell'accogliente soggiorno.

Tutto ciò è completato da un ponte privato recintato dove è possibile concludere la giornata con un barbecue o un drink nella nostra sala all'aperto.

2 Dewberry è vicino a tutti i numerosi servizi che Sea Pines ha da offrire. La spiaggia si trova a breve distanza in bicicletta o utilizzare il servizio di tram per la spiaggia dal Sea Pines Centre, che si trova a pochi passi di distanza.

Il parco della comunità di Greenwood è proprio dietro l'angolo e offre:

Great Vacation

This is our 4th time staying in greenwood forest neighborhood and we absolutely love it!! The house was great! We absolutely loved the kitchen. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the house is very nice. Beds were comfortable.

Wonderful property in a great location inside of sea pines. Quick bike to the beach and amenities inside of sea pines. Easy drive to everything on the island. Will be back.

Just what we needed…

The house is lovely! It was well decorated and stocked… we did not miss anything we needed. Would definitely recommend… a few notes about the car passes which are not included on the listing description…this listing is in Sea Pines and requires a car pass. Only one pass is included so if you have 2 cars, you will need to purchase a weekly pass. Also, we did not find out til we received the check in instructions we needed to purchase a daily pass ( cash only)to get to the house the first time… finally, the beach club restricts parking to resort guests once the parking lots gets full, so plan to use the shuttle or ride bikes to the beach if not an early beach goer.

Cozy & comfortable

This property was was welcoming to myself, my husband, teenager And mother. There was more than enough room for us , the appliances and utilities made are staff easy and accommodating . The location was good & overwhelming at the same time . There is so much to do & see at see pine that we didn’t know where to start. 2 suggestions/ offerings:1) a tv in the 3rd bedroom for teens & some beach supplies for guests who travel from far away like beach chairs, beach towels and more information at which beaches to access . Other than that it was an amazing time

Family Get Away

The only problem was electrical power be shut off while we were away on the beach due to utility bill not being paid according to utility worker that pulled red tabs and reset meter. Temperature went above 80 F while we were away then returned to find no power. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Sea Pines is a great place to be. This property seemed newly remodeled, but attention to detail was poor. It seemed like they really rushed through the remodel. The house overall was great. They were missing sanitary kitchen supplies and the management person was unresponsive to the problem.

Great House!

Fabulous House

The house we stayed in was excellent, exactly as advertised. The location was fabulous. We were able to ride our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. Property manager was great with all the questions I had. I was able to reserve bikes through the property manager and it was great. I would definitely stay again.

Great family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The home is modern and up to date. The location was convenient to access various parts of Seapines by bike snd car. Whenever we had questions, the owners promptly responded. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Sea Pines home

This is a beautiful renovated property. It was a perfect location for the beach and had a pool in close proximity. However, we did have some difficulty operating the stove and showers. Also, we did have a smoke alarm chip beginning in our children’s room one night around 9:30. I contacted the property manager who would not respond to any of my text messages (he only likes to be texted) asking for him to send someone from maintenance to replace the batteries. I was told nothing could be done til morning. And after sending several messages none were responded to the rest of the evening. We ended up having to call the non emergency line for the fire department for assistance. When I attempted to remove the batteries myself it triggered all the alarms in the home. They came and replaced the batteries for us at 10:30pm. We were very disappointed in the lack of concern or initiative by the property manager to provide assistance so our children could sleep in their bedroom. Also, there was a lack of information in our “binder” for questions we had about beach and pool.

Excellent

2 Dewberry Lane was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The outside space is private and we enjoyed spending time out there in the mornings. The community pool is very close by and easy to access. This was, by far, the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced in terms of utensils, cookware and appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean as well as the bathrooms. The trails surrounding the house will get you anywhere via bike or foot and are beautiful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Property and Location

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property was clean, check in/out was easy, and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our time as well as riding our bikes to the various locations in Sea Pines. We will definitely try and stay at this property again.
