303 Tennismaster è una villa splendidamente ristrutturata, adatta ai cani che si affaccia sul parco e sulla piscina del complesso Tennismaster Villas. Godrai di una veranda privata e di più balconi, nonché di una piscina in comune!

I pavimenti in piastrelle coprono l'intero primo piano. Not as described

This property was listed on VRBO as two bedrooms, one with a king bed, second with twins and a double. When we got there the second bedroom had a “triple bunk” suitable for children not adults. We complained and were offered a move but not in the same area. We had to cancel friends who were coming because there was nowhere for them to sleep. Also the master bed and other furniture was very old and uncomfortable. And we were without Internet and tv two different times for a total of five days. This was definitely the worst VRBO experience. We would not have rented had we know the correct sleeping arrangements. I left a week early.

Winter getaway

We stayed here a month to get away from winter in the NC mountains and holiday chaos. Gorgeous location in one of HHI's guarded "plantations" (weird!). Everything functioned but some of the appliances might be on their last legs, most notably the moaning, groaning washer/dryer. Great location, quiet, comfortable bedrooms. Very small bathrooms. Vacasa staff could not tell me the exact location of the condo. (It is in the first building on the left after the first turn-in on Tennismaster.) All in all, no major complaints.

It’s ok you can do better

As many other reviewers have stated, broken blinds, worn out furniture and carpet. This place is out to grab maximum dollars for minimum upkeep. You can do better, pass up on this place.

The property was redoing the place across from us a little loud but understandable. I don't understand a pet friendly place with carpets especially when can see the stains, just tile it problem solved and it more sanitary.

Poorly maintained

The vertical blinds were broken and missing slats meaning there was no privacy in any room since all bedrooms and living area had sliding glass doors with the broken blinds. One bathroom did not have a shower curtain liner. The property was not cleaned or maintained well.

Nice area

Property was decent and nice location. Could use some updates especially blinds, shower curtains and new pillows. . Mattress in both bedrooms were not the best. Deck could use a power wash. Found several dirty kitchen items as we went to use. Kitchen counter felt dirty when we arrived. Attention to detail by cleaning staff between rentals as there were obvious unclean items in the kitchen. Master bathroom smelled like urine to me and the whole bedroom smelled. Had to purchase air freshener. Need plastic shower curtains that can be sprayed between renters. Other shower curtain needed a liner as it was like a doily and water went right through it. Ponytail holder and wad of tape left on master bedroom bed. Receipt and leaves on the floor in twin bedroom. Only one star for communication with property manager as I don’t think we spoke with them. We did have issue with TV and Denise came and was very helpful and friendly. Issue with TV was resolved.

Great property and location!

Absolutely loved our vacation with our dog! The unit is very clean and stocked well. Location was convenient and the owner very easy to work with - especially since we were arriving late! Definitely would book again!

Nice property on great resort

Very nice, well-maintained property and in a great resort location. Not as close to the beach as I thought but still within walking distance. Appliances and furniture are good quality. Walk-out deck for every room. Large deck off living room is nice. Right next to pool. I would reserve this location again.

Nice condo, everything in disrepair

The kitchen was updated, but lacked a lot of essentials for cooking. The guest bedroom shower did not work at all. So we had to use one shower the whole time. TV in the master bedroom was hard to work and the volume was never figured out. The remotes for the bedroom lights and fans were weird and hard to operate. Outside deck lacked much ambience or character. Cleanliness was surprisingly bad. Just needed some good, overall maintenance done to this unit. It seemed tired and in need of some TLC.

Great vacation

This was a great place to stay. Pool was right out back door. Beach was a short walk. Definitely recommend renting bikes because you can bike almost everywhere. Condo was in excellent shape.

Excellent value

The condo was clean and very comfortable. Check in was a little different from what we are use to. Had to stop at an office on Palmetto Bay Road to pick up a packet and then get a pass at a separate gate check in at the Shipyard. Not a big deal but just different from getting it all mailed to our home. They gave a beach parking pass, but get there early it fills up fast. It’s to far to walk carrying beach supplies . Location to HH restaurants and activities is excellent. Overall it was an excellent value and would recommend.

Just enough

We loved how close it was to the hotel. It felt safe. BUT it was to cold through the night. The linens were not warm enough! We were cold every night! Also the water is awful to even make coffee with! There should be a case of water bottles available in my opinion, sorry for that report. Doris Hubbell
