La migliore posizione sulla spiaggia di Hilton Head - Our Sound Villas Townhouse

Semplicemente non c'è niente di meglio di questo. La nostra casa a schiera è la nostra residenza a tempo pieno che ora affittiamo per circa 10 settimane in estate. È senza dubbio la casa di città meglio mantenuta della zona in quanto è stata appena completamente rinnovata e Mike e Beth (i proprietari) continuano a migliorare. I panorami dell'acqua sono incredibili e la spiaggia è praticamente nel nostro cortile. Nella parte posteriore abbiamo un enorme mazzo che funge da soggiorno esterno e zona pranzo. I tramonti da qui sono mozzafiato! Questa casa a schiera è la pianta più grande (è quasi 400 mq / piedi più grande della maggior parte delle altre a Sound Villas).

La nostra residenza cittadina si trova nella zona di South Beach di Sea Pines, che ha grandi spiagge, chilometri di piste ciclabili e un campo da tennis di classe mondiale a soli duecento metri di distanza. E naturalmente c'è la zona di South Beach Marina che offre servizi di attracco di barche, numerosi ristoranti, bar e di solito un grande cantante / chitarrista per gran parte dell'anno. Ci siamo appena trasferiti in questa casa da una casa più grande di Sea Pines e non potremmo essere più felici.

Questa casa a schiera è grande (3000 sq / ft) e ha una capienza massima di 10. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e TV. Una descrizione di ciascun livello è la seguente:
    
   Livello 1: camera da letto con 2 letti a castello (può ospitare 4), un bagno completo, una grande tana, lavatrice e asciugatrice e un patio esterno;

   Livello 2: soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina, camera da letto (2 letti singoli), 2 bagni completi e un ampio ponte esterno;

   Livello 3: camera matrimoniale e bagno (letto matrimoniale), 4a camera da letto e bagno (anche un letto matrimoniale)

Mike e Beth (i proprietari) raccomandano che gli affittuari inizialmente inviano un'e-mail o li chiamino per avviare il processo. Prezzi e altre domande possono essere affrontate qui. Poiché non è coinvolto nessun gestore di proprietà, i costi totali di locazione saranno probabilmente molto più bassi.

Family Reunion

This is an excellent resort for a family vacation as the accommodations are spacious and the oceanfront location offers relaxing and beautiful views. The host was accommodating and easy to reach, if necessity. I highly recommend this property.

The property was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens were available. The view was spectacular and the short walk to the beach was very easy, even for the little ones. The pool was clean and never crowded. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing time!

Absolutely loved our place, perfect location, beautiful view, plenty of space, easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked! Loved being able to go over to Salty Dog for ice cream after dinner, the bike rental was a simple walk away. We took our 9 and 17 year old daughters and they loved all the bike trails to ride on. It was a wonderful relaxing family vacation!

Lovely Villa

We stayed in this Villa several times in the 80's and 90's. Being back brought back happy memories. We liked the new decor. The location is ideal and the views of Calibougie are beautiful! Love the sunsets! Mike is a great host.

Annual family beach vacation

We had the most amazing experience at the Sobys property. From Julyn16-23. We have stayed in HH, Gulf Shores, Myrtle Beach and other beach areas and this was the best ever. Convenience to the pool and the ocean couldn’t have been better. The townhouse is well laid out on 3 levels which gave everybody “space” - the house has been maintained in excellent condition inside and out. Hats off to the Sobys - this place deserve its 5-star, 2 thumbs up rating. The Owen family

Proximity to the beach and water is unmatched on the island. The property was perfect for our group with 6 adults and 3 children. There are a lot of steps in the condo, but that helped with privacy for the upstairs’ rooms.

Great property and hosts

We loved staying at 1455!! It was perfect for our party of 9... everyone had their own space. The view off the 2nd story deck was wonderful. Beach out the back door and pool out the front door. Walking distance to the South Beach Marina/Salty Dog compound. Would recommend hands down for anyone looking to stay in Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC.

Family vacation

Loved the location, have stayed in Sea Pines before, but this location was great. Accommodated our family of 10 very good. It was great being able to be on Beach. Townhouse was very nice and well kept. Will be going back!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach. Quiet. Close to the marina. Deer in the backyard. The owner was super responsive. One of the A/C units stopped working & he had it fixed in a matter of a few hours. Highly recommend.

Everything was easy to get set up and checked in. Clean and just the right size for the 8 of us. Quiet location. Was able to unplug and really relax and let the stress melt away. Beach access right there, restaurants and shops was a couple hundred yards away. Perfect vacation for this trip.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The townhouse is very convenient to the sound-side beach and to the South Beach Marina, and the kids loved the community pool. We particularly enjoyed how the downstairs of the townhouse was a perfect area for our kids to have their own space while the adults could hang out on the upper floors. The only downside is that the townhouse enters on a split level, which made it a bit more challenging for a mobility-impaired member of our party than we had anticipated. But aside from that, the place was great and Mike was very responsive on all of our inquiries.

Fantastic Vacation

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island with my in-laws and 2 young kids. The location of this property is amazing....right on the beach. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend booking this townhouse - we certainly hope to in the future. Thank you Mike for a great trip.

South Beach family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. The property was just as shown on the website, very clean, and well-stocked. We particularly enjoyed the views from the deck and the close proximity to the sound where our grandchildren played in the sand and learned how to surf. Mike was extremely responsive to questions (sometimes responding within minutes) and gave us very useful information as this was our first stay at Hilton Head. We also enjoyed the bedroom layout on three floors that allow privacy for our adult children. The swimming pool was just across the parking area, making it convenient for pool time for our grandchildren when we did not feel like going to the beach. We highly recommend this property!

We were a bit concerned that the area would be noisy due to its proximity to Salty Dog shopping area. It was not at all. We had an amazing view, quiet nights on the patio and swimming right down the path.

Perfect for families!

This was our 1st time in Hilton Head and we will definitely be back! This home was spacious, had great beach access, and 2 living areas to hang out. Definitely rent bikes because you can ride on the beach at low tide. Best week of 2020 for sure!

Terrific Sea Pines Stay

The owners shared their beautiful home at Sea Pines in Hilton Head Island. They thought of everything. Private entrance at front and back (toward beach). Steps away from the beach which was not crowded. We rented bikes and explored the island which all ages enjoyed. We watched dolphins everyday from the upper deck and a deer visited often. Wish we were still there!

Wonderful Week

Loved the property, had a wonderful week with a total of 7 of us in the house. We got very lucky with the weather and the location of the property is absolutely awesome. Being that close to the beach is really great for sitting on the back decks because you are almost always getting a breeze. The house is well stocked and has a great family feel to it. Can't wait to go back.

Great Experience

My family had a wonderful time at this beach front location in Hilton Head. We have 4 children (Age 10 through 18) who were never bored the entire stay. Walking distance to anything you'd want to do. Fishing on the beach was great. We caught something every day! The owners of this property are outstanding and extremely helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone. We plan on returning again as soon as possible!
