My husband and I visit Hilton Head Island for a vacation every year. We usually reserve the same villa at Shipyard Beach Walk that requires a 7-night stay. This year, we needed to rent a villa that allowed a shorter stay - Sunday check-in with a Thursday check-out. Wow! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. And the management company was responsive for an early check-in ask and a late checkout request. Happy that they were able to accommodate our request. Totally understand if they couldn’t with others checking in to this beautiful villa! Will definitely stay there again!

Loved the property! Enjoyed watching the golfers go by as we ate our breakfast every morning. We golfed on the course and had a fun vacation. Highly recommend.

The interior of the condo is lovely. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable. There are games and puzzles for entertainment. It is a quick two minute walk to the pool, about a seven minute walk to beach access but a nice area for dropoff if you are bringing chairs, coolers, tents etc.The exterior of the building is not nearly as nice as the interior. But we werent paying for a nice exterior so it didn't matter. The shower heads are low - if that matters to anyone. But the bathrooms themselves are clean and nice. It was a great place to stay for a quick get away.

Very very clean...we will give it that.It is on second floor. First night we heard something running/scurrying up in the ceiling.Woke us several times until we knocked on ceiling and whatever it was stopped/ran out or flew out. Called management company first thing in the morning...told them what was going on. They told us they would send some type of wildlife company out.Management never told us if they were out..so we called management and they said evidently someone had been out and looked at it from the outside. ... management company never told us if they found anything. Called back next day and left a message asking if there were any findings. Later that day upon our return back to the rental it was very obvious that someone had been INSIDE the rental and in the bedroom closet access. Again messaged rental company saying we knew someone had been in there...did they find anything? We also weren't thrilled that someone had access to the rental while we were out. We tried every day after that either calling or texting rental company to see what they had found. No answers..told us they do things slower in the south. As of this post we still never found out what was in the ceiling. We were very frustrated because someone had been in and done something. If chemicals we would have liked to been informed.Very surprised that this wildlife company never gave the rental company any updates after either visit. Disappointed never got answers. At least its a clean place

Clean nand comfortable!

This condo is better than described! It is clean and comfortable. Booking and check-in were simple. The location is perfect. The beach access is a 10 minute walk. The condo itself is well appointed with large rooms and lots of amenities. We didn't cook much, but there were lots of items available if we chose to. We loved the ability to ride out of Shipyard on our bikes. There were many walking paths and lots to see. Overall, it's a great place to stay! We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful respite!

Exactly as pictured, very clean and great communication with iTrip during our stay. Property is just as pictured, beautiful and super relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and playing a couple of the games from the living room. Easy access to beach (10 min walk), golf course and tennis club (5 min walk). Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area. It’s was perfect for our stay!

New Years Getaway

After spending 12 hours on the road for a 7.5 hour trip it was wonderful to arrive at such a beautifully well equipped 2nd level condo overlooking the golf fairway at Shipyard… we spent 5 nights…it was cold and raining when we arrived… but turned 72 degrees and sunny the last two days…. we had last visited Hilton Head in 2009…this was a last minute after Christmas trip… on short notice communications with iTrip Vacations was excellent. We took a couple of day trips to Bluffton and Savannah…Highly recommend visiting the Coastal Discovery Museum on Hilton Head….Thank you for a wonderful stay….trip

Nice Condo In Shipyard

The condo in Shipyard was great for our long weekend trip to Hilton Head. The entire condo was nicely updated and the location was nice for walking distance to beach access.

Hilton Head relax

Great stay, very comfortable stay, lovely kitchen close to pool and beach! The grounds were beautiful and looking out on the golf course was lovely. Had a challenge with the temperature control and the unit could use some new pillows on the bed!

1st Timers

Loved the condo! Updated and very clean. Had everything you need! Even beach chairs, umbrellas and cart to head to the beach. You will need it, it is about a 12 minute walk. I would say the only down fall was that you could hear everything our neighbors did. We typically go to SW Flordia in the summer and HH was much hotter and so crowded. It was 100 degrees and even though the beach is huge, there were so many people. When we return it will be to this condo and it will be in the spring or fall. Too hot and too crowded for us.

Excellent Place to Stay

We booked this property to be close to the wedding venue at the Sonesta. This condo is wonderfully decorated, beds are comfortably made, kitchen has everything we needed and the porch overlooking the golf course was perfectly adorned with the perfect table and chairs for reading, chatting and just relaxing. The only problem we encounteted were the rudeness of people parking over the sidewalk leading from the parking area. I can see parking might be an issue in the summer when more crowded. It was raining when we arrived so we had to walk thru grass and dirt with our belongings since the sidewalks were used as parking.

Appartement confortable et bien situé

Quelques minutes à pied de la piscine et de la plage. Terrasse très agréable pour les repas. Cuisine bien équipée. Appartement spacieux. Nous avons eu du bon temps en famille.

Wonderful

It was just as pictured and so clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of four. The location was perfect. The construction next door didn’t really affect anything other than the parking. The only problem we had was the A/C didn’t really get colder than 74. This was our first time to HHI but now we know where we will stay when we come back.

Excellent!

This condo is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at in Shipyard. It’s completely updated, pristine clean and very tastefully decorated. We appreciated how well the unit was equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen items, board games, hangers, basic cleaning supplies, hair dryers. The view from the deck over the golf course was great and the beach is only a short walk away. I will definitely return the next time I’m looking for a one bedroom unit on the island.

Exceptional condo

This 1 bedroom condo was in exceptional condition. You could almost believe it had never been stayed in. It was very roomy for 2 people. It had a good assortment of kitchen accessories but we were only there 3 nights and did not cook. There was a nice deck overlooking the golf course. The location was very good. Just a short walk to the beach and the condo had some beach chairs and a cart to wheel them to the beach. Most people probably do not bring their own bikes but we do. As such, it would be nice to have a place to keep our personal bikes out of the weather but the condo is not really made for that. The bike paths on the island are great and there is one very close to this condo. Thanks.
