Questa villa con vista sull'oceano è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2017 con nuovi arredi, letti, TV, elettrodomestici in ardesia, pavimenti e molto altro. La villa è molto pulita e ha un'unità a / c molto fredda. Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ea pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni. Forniamo anche 2 biciclette da spiaggia e sedie a sdraio.

Design moderno della cabina con soffitti piatti, pareti grigie e pavimento rustico. Lo spazio ha tutto il necessario per la tua vacanza. Perfect Location!

My daughter and I stayed for an extended weekend. The location is perfect! Super easy access to the beach and a quick walk to Coligny. Kendall was a great host. She checked in to make sure everything was great and fixed anything needed super prompt. Would highly recommend this condo!

October Fall break

Always great to be at HHI. We enjoyed the condo and it fully met expectations. Great location-ocean view. Condo clean and convenient to restaurants and Harbor Town. Liked riding bikes and short walk to beach. Thank you Kendall!

All in one

Amenities are accessible with ease. Everything you need is within distance. A WIDE variety of restaurants; fine dining, casual eats, and PLENTY of cafés for the morning boost and sweet craves. Lastly, all it takes is a few steps to see the vast ocean. Spotless Beach and silver waters is quite the sight and relief. Hardly any people there by the condos, yet friendly. Hard working charter boats venturing out, butterflies are there to join you as they are everywhere, and the public beach bar called "The Loggerhead" is there to quench your buzzing with great small bites. It's paradise, cheers!

Pretty good but not great

A few minor issues that made for a good but not great experience. We still had a great time in HH with the convenience of a lot of nearby restaurants and bars, and of course the beach.

Villa 179 is in a great location in the complex and just steps away from the beach

The Villa was very clean and exactly as advertised. It's just steps away from the beach and 1/2 mile from Coligny Beach park. The Villa is next to the steps to the first floor (covered parking is underneath) and the laundry room is across the hall. I wasn't bothered by any noises coming from the stairs or the laundry room. There is an elevator but I didn't need to use it. The beach was pristine and not overly crowded. Check in was very easy and at all times, I felt safe at the property. I'm now planning my next trip and will book this same Villa. Last, the host was very easy to work with and very responsive to my questions before and during my trip.

Nice getaway

It was a nice, relaxing and interesting trip. Interesting because we had some crazy stuff happen to us, all on the same day. In one day I had a deer run right in front of us while walking to the beach, that was pretty cool. Then that same day while in the ocean not too far I saw some dolphins 😯 super cool even though, I thought it was a shark at first lol got a little scared but thankfully it was not 🙂 beautiful little villa and the host were great and easy to communicate with. The only two issues I had were the dishes were not cleaned properly some still had food residue on them. The other is the pic of the beach from balcony looks like you have a better view and closer to the beach. It was a nice view, but not As close as I hoped. Perhaps you should put a pic that is not as zoomed in. All in all I had a nice stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the appliances worked well, as did the A/C, etc. We barely heard any neighbors, like some others have complained about, since the stairs are right next to the unit The owners responded quickly to all questions and/or concerns. The Living room TV is a 4K Roku, so we could either use the cable or streaming services on those evenings when we stayed in. The only issues we had, were very minor. We had asked for, and expected, an Automatic Drip coffee maker, but when we arrived, found only the Keurig. After a quick message to the owner, they delivered a replacement coffee maker early the next morning. There is an annoying floorboard in front of the refrigerator that sticks up slightly, but other then that, everything was great!

Very pleased with every aspect of renting this room. When I messaged them to let them know we would be early, they responded immediately & were accommodating. Lovely room & area. We will definitely be back & would recommend it to anyone!

Very Noisy but Clean

Seaside 179 was located right beside the staircases and was very noisy. You could constantly hear people going up and down the steps all hours of the night. It would be so loud that it would wake you up. When people would walk in the hallway, you could hear them talking and walking. If your looking to take a mid-day nap, you can count that as a loss. One night we was awoken by someone trying to get into the condo through the door at 3am. They were intoxicated and was staying above us (very rowdy crowd.) They kept trying to enter the door code and turning the door knob. Luckily they didn’t bust in and we was able to yell at them and tell them they had got the wrong condo. It was definitely a scary experience though waking up to someone trying to get into the place since the bed is right beside the door. Quite time is not enforced at the complex and seemed to be a issue when we visited with people running and talking loudly in the hallways at all hours of the night. When we arrived, there was a few things about the accuracy of the listing that had us concerned. First, the listing shows the bed is to be a queen size. The bed is a full size with queen sheets. The mattress is very comfortable though. Secondly, prior to our stay, we asked if both TVs was smart TVs and if they could connect to Netflix/Hulu and was told both TVs would. The TV in the bedroom is not a smart TV and only has cable. The only smart TV is in the living room. The condo was very clean and stocked with basic needs like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc that will get you through several days. The a/c unit worked very good and the couch was very comfortable. The complex has a short waking distance to the beach which was great! The welcome gift was very nice. We travel to HHI all the time and love the area and the complex is in a good location to get to restaurants. Next time we come back we will book a different condo number that is far away from the stairs!

Steps to the Beach

This South Forest Beach condo #179 was newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was available including the use of two bikes. The Prosseco left for us by the owners was very thoughtful. We look forward to coming back soon.

Deep cleaning

Sheets had stains, pubic hairs were on toliet and hair on shower wall. Shower curtain was super old I didn't want it to touch me.
