Spacious room and property, very clean and well looked after. Indoor and outdoor pools, fishing pier and many other activities. Property felt secure. Restaurants close by.

We loved our four night stay at Bluewater resort. We were pleasantly surprised by the openness of our one bedroom condo. The bike trails are great, especially Sea Pines forest preserve was beautiful.

Everything looks new and is nicely designed. The hotel is not in a fancy area, so a car is needed to go almost anywhere. I had planned to do a lot of biking, but I don't think there were nice places to ride on this side of the island.

Great visit
Beautiful place with everything you need to keep 3 grown sons busy! Only negative comment is at check in, Address should be on the reservation forms along with a bold print regarding late check in. We had to call to get the address and once there were sent to another location to get keys. Not a big deal unless you just drove 11 hours to get there, That was VERY frustrating. Stay was wonderful and the unit has everythung you couild need.

Beautiful two bedroom unit, pool area was wonderful and fitness area had nice equipment. The grounds were fantastic. Would have been nice to have a smart tv in the living area so you can use your own Netflix account

We enjoyed our kayaking experience with Tyler. The lazy river at the pool was so relaxing. Our unit had everything that we needed and then some. We will definitely consider going back next year. Although we decided that time share isn’t the way for us to go, Brett was very understanding and didn’t make us feel pressured.

Overall staff friendly and helpful when we could find them. : Need to add 24/7 on site staff at reception area and around resort Unit basically clean but the following needs attention : :Portable DeHumidifier in kitchen pantry was very disturbing. It was loud and ran off agnd on all day and all Night, pantry heat was very hot when you opened door; fire hazard? :black strip at bottom of main entrance door needs to be replaced ; easy for insects or anything crawling to enter; can see outside flooring : need to replace blender and add more baking pans such as muffin pan : Each time the commode was flushed in the bathroom next to bedroom with two beds, it sounded like something was coming through the wall. : Need to add more adult oriented activities.....live band , open or cash bar with resort specials, free shuttle to beach and shopping center :Activity Center should remain open later and staffed by additional staff to remain at center during activities. :Bikes were fun.....just fix the bells😊 Happy that Resort main Entrance was gated ; not sure about on site security 24/7 , did not any. Consider gated bridge walkway with lights to Hudson’s, Dockside and Boathouse.

We got to the resort far too late for registration and our key was still there waiting for us. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. My sister, who time shares far more than me, was amazed at the site.

Terrible Service
We had a problem with the door. On the 28th, when we came back to the room, we noticed our door was opened. We thought that we had left it opened, but there was a problem with the door. When we were getting ready to leave the next day, the door would not open. We called the office about 5 times until someone came up the room to check what's going on. By that time, an hour had passed. At the registration office, there were information regarding things to do on the island. I asked about it, but got very minimum information. When I called back at least 3 times later asking about it, everyone in the office kept transferring me from on to another. I left a message a couple times, but nobody every got back with me. They charged something $66 on our card saying that we purchased something, but never did. I called multiple times about it but again, people kept transferring me from one person to another. This whole process was absolutely frustrating. I left message on someone's phone, but again, nobody got back with me. They never addressed the issue, so we had to talk to the credit card company. Really terrible service. Everything was good, but if any problems arise, they will not be there for you

Loved this place! We were building 4 (the newest building I think) on the 5th floor with amazing views of Skull Creek. It was very clean and quiet (except for the restaurant that was right behind us that was a little noisy at times). The swimming pool with a lazy river was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. My only real complaint is that this is a timeshare community and we were confronted 3 times about coming to a complementary lunch or dinner and 'learning more about the resort', which is really a sales pitch. Don't be tempted!

This was one of the nicest motels that I have ever stayed. The price probably reflected the distance from the ocean, app. 10 miles.

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful and well appointed. There was a mildew problem in the bedroom but the sunrise and set views were spectacular.

Great place!
These are timeshare condos, the whole place is very nice. The location is on the intracoastal side of the island so it’s about 5.5 miles from the closest ocean beach. The beaches are beautiful, hard packed sand that you can bike ride on. Right beside Bluewater are three restaurants, within walking distance, so that helped with being off the main drag. Hilton Head itself is very busy with lots of traffic so going out wasn’t something we looked forward to.

BLUE WATER GEM
This Place has it all!! we biked, and played shuffleboard by the water (tried to kayak...but the weather's gusty winds kept us off the bay) went hot-tubing and laid out by the pool. I will say that the on site staff are the key to such an amazing experience for first time guests and we have already decided we will be coming back ASAP. the only very small draw back is the "time share" opportunity that WE had no idea was even a thing, but noticed constant tours of ppl in and out which was distracting and felt very "used car salesman" we declined said tour as it was not in our plans to spend an hour of our very short 5 day vacation listening to a sales pitch when we are already sold on blue water marina!!! Just a heads up to the way we felt during our stay. The constant parade of people with a salesman felt like we were in a fishbowl at times and uncomfortable. I do understand why Spinnaker resorts would want to "show off" such a wonderful place and my business side loves it, however as a vacationer it felt awkward. with all of that said..... WE WILL STILL BE BACK!

Fabulous other than lack of weekend activities!
The apartment was beautiful and the beds divine! Had a lovely view from all the windows. Very well equipped with everything you could possible need for a self catering holiday. TV's in all the bedrooms. Spa bath in main bathroom! It exceeded my expectations. The only damper was that the resort had no activities over the weekend which was odd and disappointing. You are only able to use the pools, gym etc but no kayaking or any other arranged activities on a Saturday and Sunday.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was super nice and clean and big. There is plenty to do at the resort. I went in March and it wasnt quite warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool or kayak but my next trip I look forward to using those. The Bluewater is in walking distance of 3 great restaraunts too. I highly reccomend this resort.

we had a spacious 2-bedroom condo overlooking the inland waterway. The two bathrooms were the largest I've ever seen and they were handicapped accessible, which we requested. Much to do and see on this side of the Island, with seafood restaurants and shops all around.
