  • Se sei stanco delle vacanze anguste in una stanza d'albergo. Seascape Villa's offre tutti i comfort di casa. Villa con due camere da letto e due bagni completamente arredata e decorata con un esclusivo arredamento da spiaggia.

    Il soggiorno ha una scrivania per computer, un divano letto matrimoniale, un centro di intrattenimento illuminato a tre pezzi. con TV a schermo piatto, DVD e stereo. Grande terrazza con grill a gas e tavolo da picnic che esce su una delle piscine e delle lagune. Cucina completa con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Camera da letto principale con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e impianto stereo, bagno padronale rinnovato con cabina doccia in marmo per due persone con porte in vetro. La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali e TV.

    Il nostro complesso dispone di due piscine, diverse lagune con fontane, spiaggia privata a piedi verso l'oceano con cabana (servizi igienici) per la vostra convenienza. Piste ciclabili e noleggio sono direttamente di fronte al complesso. Passeggiata a shopping, golf, tennis e ristoranti. Anche a pochi chilometri dal faro e dai porti turistici. Qualcosa per tutti. Ottimo posto per vacanze in famiglia !!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our three-month stay. The beach was only a few minutes away and we walked there every day. The pool was located right outside the back door. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Communication with our host was excellent and she answered all of our questions promptly. She kept us informed of activities taking place around Hilton Nead during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a wonderful first visit to Hilton Head and a pleasant stay at this cozy condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and helped round out such a great trip. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great shops/food. Also, conveniently located to other areas of the island, including Sea Pines. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway to HHI.

Great Villa Near the Beach and Pool!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

Great property in wonderful location. Plenty of room for our family if 4. Proximity to beach was great, just a short walk. Pool outside of the back porch was very convenient. Would come back again!

This condo was good for a girls weekend at the beach. The location was walking distance to the beach and has bathrooms nearby which was nice. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs supplied at the condo. The condo itself is very cute and has a lot of potential. However it could use a deep clean and a little extra care.

Excellent location!

This was a great house. About a mile walk to Coligny Plaza and close walk to the beach and Loggerhead Bar which is on the beach. House looked just like the pictures. Only thing I would recommend is bring plastic cups for your drinks by the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

An Unforgettable Beach Getaway!From the moment we arrived, this beach rental completely exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect “beach charm” that immediately put us in vacation mode. Every detail felt so thoughtful, from the kitchen and comfy beds to the beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us to use.The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the sand and pool. The host was responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This rental gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We will absolutely be booking again. If you’re looking for the perfect beach stay, this is it!

Love HHI

Just an amazing time! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach! The pool area is right out the back door and was awesome when we’d had enough of the beach. The condo is also conveniently located so it’s a few minute bike ride to Coligny! Sandy was very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Almost everything was good. Beds were comfy, as was the living area. The cable TV service was a bit lacking. Other than common main networks there wasn't much else. The number for the unit was difficult to see after sunset. The numbers blend in with the background. The narrow stairs with 4 or 5 turns were a bit surprising.

Nice family vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason we would not return is that the walk to the beach was further than we expected with our little ones. Otherwise the pool and home was nice!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely stay again!

Beds were extremely comfortable! Kitchen was very well equipped! Loved being so close to the pool! The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes (walking with little kids) Sandy was always very quick to respond when we had questions which was great We ended up loving our stay so much that we extended our trip for two more days!! We will definitely come back!

The host was very helpful and answered communications right away. It was great to have the pool right outside-- we were almost the only ones using it.The condo was just right for our family of three, but larger groups might have trouble cooking in the small kitchen.The bathrooms were clean, bright, and functional, but small and only on the second floor. No problem for us but something others may want to know.It was a little bit further of a walk to the beach than we wanted, so we mostly drove to the Alder Ln Access and walked from there.Overall, such a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our time immensely!

Lovely Condo in a great location

My group of friends and I truly enjoyed this property. It is in a great location with an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza and easy beach access. The condo is thoughtfully decorated with a beach theme and the sofa is ample and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it is nice to have ceiling fans in the BR as well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoying breakfast and an afternoon tipple outdoors. I would definitely stay here again!
