The villa is located on the 4th row from the ocean. Literally 180 yards from the beach. Everything in our villa (the paint, the furniture, the accessories, the blankets, etc.) was designed and being updated to make sure our guests are relaxed and happy with their choice of the vacation.

Briefly about the resort:

Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a world renown resort with a Southern charm. It is one of the most central and convenient locations. Our Spacious Townhouse is only 180 yards to the ocean, on the 4th row from the ocean, inside the resort, just past the North gate guarded 24 /7. This villa provides large rooms for maximum comfort when you are not on the beach, playing golf or tennis, or riding your bike along the many bike trails.


The club pool and children's pool are steps from your villa, just a short walk out the back door. Within walking distance to Tennis and Pickle Ball Center, Trent Jones and Fazio Golf Courses, Dunes House Restaurant, Hilton (Marriott in the recent past) Hotel and Spa, Alexander's Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters, Kayak, Bicycle and beach accessories rentals.

Fishing off our private dock on the 11-mile lagoon is just another adventure the children and adults love. This villa is facing Mooring Buoy thus one of the very few villas closest to the beach.

The Villa is spacious and simple, 1,350+ Sq. ft., with 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor has the King Master Bedroom, a 60-inch smart TV , full bathroom, a large living room with another 60-inch HD TV, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

There is sliding door access from the living room to your own private patio with seating and a charcoal grill. You can have dinner with beautiful view of the mature southern trees that are draped with Spanish moss. Upstairs (15 steps) has another Large Bedroom with two full beds , 60 inch smart TV , full bathroom and a separate Loft is great for extra sleeping space with a daybed. Internet can be accessed from any part of the house. All bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs.

Contemporary kitchen with laundry facilities and convenient eating area help make this a relaxing vacation. Slide doors from the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bedroom bring lots of light. Patio doors off living room to outdoor seating with Weber Charcoal grill.

Adjacent to the kitchen, right outside is the Open Shower that you can enjoy on a sunny afternoon after coming back from the beach (for the pet owners and pets, ) .
Our Property UPGRADED annually. Both bathrooms are completely renovated and updated showers. Ceramic flooring through out.

Pets are allowed however there is a $370 nonrefundable pet fee, please ask the owner about two pets. Size of a dog will be at owners' discretion after discussing with guests prior to rental. There will be protective quilt covering supplied for the living room furniture. Please use them if bringing pets.

DOG SITTING AND DOG WALKING REFERENCES AND SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL FEE BETWEEN THE GUEST AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER. I WILL BE GLAD TO PROVIDE THE GUEST WITH THE REFERENCE AFTER THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED.

Overseas Travelers: Car and Driver provided at additional cost. Airport pick up and drop off available.

Local Information: Palmetto Dunes resort has 3 beautiful golf courses, tennis courts, walking trails, 11 miles of waterways, beautiful beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, health clubs, Kayak and Bike rentals.

* Strong Wireless internet and cable TV provided free of charge. All fresh linen and towels are provided. Completely COVID sanitized. One guest pass / car is included per weeks' stay. Each guest pass per car is to be paid at security office upon use. Rentals longer than one week will have a higher administrative fee based on length of stay. These are fees set by Palmetto Dunes Resort Administration.

Reviews are minimal because reviews can only be left when you rent through not outside of VRBO. We love our customers and do our best to retain them. We advertise on VRBO and we use alternate means of renting property through owner directly.
