Villa ben mantenuta con colori tenui e decorazioni accoglienti, situate nell'esclusivo Hilton Head Resort. Incastonata tra Folly Inlet e Palmetto Dunes, la nostra spiaggia semi-privata non è mai affollata. Situata nell'Edificio II, l'edificio più tranquillo, la villa vanta viste sulla laguna e sulla palude che possono essere viste da un balcone privato.

Villa ha 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con tutti i lussi di casa. Non appena varchi la soglia, sarai accolto dal nostro muro di lavagna; perfetto per annotare appunti o tenere occupati i kiddos. La cucina ben attrezzata è fornita di caffettiera e macinacaffè, tostapane, pentole, frullatore e molto altro! Villa include WiFi e 3 televisori a schermo piatto, tutti con cavo, DVD e giochi per il tuo divertimento.

La camera da letto principale accoglie il calore dell'alba e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un bagno interno. La seconda camera da letto si affaccia su un cortile silenzioso e può ospitare quattro persone con letti a castello doppia su due letti singoli e un letto completo con nuovo materasso in memory foam. Lettino deluxe fornito per la vostra comodità se è necessario dormire extra.

La spiaggia è a soli 400 iarde / 7-8 minuti a piedi su una fiorente palude d'acqua salata sulla nostra passerella privata. Il servizio navetta è disponibile stagionalmente per aiutare a trasportare l'attrezzatura da spiaggia da e per la spiaggia.

Un paio di sedie a sdraio zaino e un ombrellone sono forniti per l'uso. Per i kiddos abbiamo noodles da piscina, boogie board e un cesto pieno di giocattoli da spiaggia, secchi e pale. Un vagone da spiaggia di lusso è anche fornito per facilitare il trasporto di attrezzature da e per la spiaggia.

I servizi del resort includono 2 piscine all'aperto, piscina interna riscaldata, sauna, vasca idromassaggio, centro fitness, 6 campi da tennis illuminati, negozio e gastronomia in loco, nonché sicurezza gated 24 ore su 24. Il resort ha anche accesso privato a Coco's on the Beach, un rilassante bar sulla spiaggia stagionale e grill con pallavolo sulla sabbia.

Gli animali NON sono ammessi al Resort. Villa è NON FUMATORI. Lenzuola, asciugamani e un FORNITORE DI AVVIAMENTO di carta igienica, asciugamani di carta e sapone sono inclusi. Gli ospiti dovranno fornire i propri articoli da toeletta e prodotti da cucina. Villa NON include lavatrice / asciugatrice. I servizi di lavanderia a gettoni si trovano sullo stesso piano tramite ascensori.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. It was decorated beautifully. Communication with the hosts was great. The accommodations had everything we needed to cook.The host thought of everything. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect family vacation

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a great location, was well stocked to prepare meals, the beds and furniture were also in great condition. The wagon and chairs for the beach were a nice touch and we all enjoyed the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It rained a lot during our stay so the teens also enjoyed hanging out at the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again.

2025 Hilton Head Trip

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! We’ve stayed in this complex before (building 4) it’s a great location and short walk to the beach. This condo is great, perfect for 5 people, stocked with the perfect items for the beach! Building 2 where this condo is, is preferred over building 4 in our opinion! Right between the indoor and outdoor pools so a perfect walking distance.

Perfect Kid-Friendly Vacay Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were extremely grateful to have access to the beach wagon, boogie board and other kid-friendly items. My daughter was ecstatic to sleep in a bunk bed for the first time. The villa was the perfect distance from the beach. We accessed the pool and restaurants on the property as well. I would highly recommend and will be back again.

Fun time

The place was nicely updated and clean. A little tight for 6 people, but more so if more than 2 adults. My only “complaint” would be there is no dresser in the second bedroom so it was hard living out of suitcases. The area is nice, and everything we needed was here or close by. The main pool was fun and has a restaurant/bar with really good food and drinks. The owners were amazing and quick to respond. They really made our time here the best it could be! The walk to the beach isn’t a bad walk. We had a good week!

Perfect for family

Booked very last minute for a one night stay to break up a long road trip. Communication was so great with the owners and the unit is exactly what we needed and expected. Great for our family of 5 - the bunk room couldn’t have met our needs more! The onsite pool is great and the little bar/restaurant out there was perfect for lunch. The walk to the beach down the boardwalk is a little bit of a hike with young kids, but we happened to luck out by catching the golf cart shuttle on our way down! It was a quick trip so we didn’t need to use much of what the unit had to offer, but it seemed to be stocked with everything you could need for a stay. Thanks for accommodating us so last minute!

Comfortable! Nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen! Welcoming wine & sparkly water a big treat! Beach supplies if needed. Deck overlooking lagoon. Very clean! Bed comfy. Scenic 1/2 mile boardwalk hike to ocean. Friendly folks at gate. Only downside was that dishwasher was not securely installed, so we did not use as the frame came apart when opening. Owners are aware and I imagine it will get fixed. We had a great month!

Very relaxing stay

The property was just as advertised. It had recently been updated, and whoever decorated it did a great job! We enjoyed the lagoon view from the balcony. It was a very quiet and peaceful location.

Great Place and Location

Disclaimer: This is a biased review. My family has been staying at the Hilton Head Resort at different units for years. It’s a great location for beach access. Beach is less crowded and private compared to other areas. This unit in particular was well maintained, clean and a great view of the golf course, marsh and sunrise.

We enjoyed the area, the only thing is the description says short walk to the beach. It's quite a walk on the boardwalk, but they do have shuttles every few minutes. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay!

Wonderful Getaway

The condo was perfect. The location was fantastic, just close walk across the board walk to the beach. What was most impressive was the fact it was stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. So many VRBOs have minimal items but this unit had everything we needed it seemed! Thank you for allowing us a great moms & sons getaway!

Family vacation

We loved this place! Our 11 year old son couldn’t say enough great things about this condo upon our arrival. It was a great place for our family of 6 to comfortably stay. The outdoor pool with the bar & grill were great as well!

Pleasant stay right on the beach

The property was as described in the listing. It was nice having everything you need for the beach. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella. The condo was very clean and ac worked great. The host were very responsive when I sent a question about a remote for the cable box. Both of them responded within minutes. The living room has a nice smart tv. The only thing I would suggest is having smart tvs in the bedrooms.

Family Vacation

This property was exactly what I expected based on their listing. Was a great two bedroom place for my family of 6. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen, two bathrooms, beach toys, a patio and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Our first time to Hilton Head and it for sure will not be our last!
