Located inside Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this spacious third-floor villa offers a peaceful setting surrounded by wooded and lagoon views while still being just a 5 min. walk from the beach, pool and Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar. The quiet location makes it easy to unwind after a day exploring the island.



Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully updated with all new furniture and refreshed bathrooms to create a comfortable and inviting stay. The open living space is perfect for gathering after a beach day, and the private porch is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the beautiful Hilton Head sunsets in the evening.



A bonus guests love is the closet full of beach supplies including a beach tent, 4 chairs, umbrella, and small beach toys, making beach days easy and convenient for families and groups. A pack and play is also provided for families traveling with infants or toddlers.
