Stai avendo un momento difficile capire il condominio diritto di scegliere in Sea Pines? Non cercate di più. Mia moglie ed io perlustrato l'isola per trovare la posizione migliore e questo è! Fronte mare è troppo costoso e Harbour Town è troppo rumoroso. Faro Tennis Villas si trova proprio nel bel mezzo di Sea Pines con un 2 minuti a piedi Tartufi, Giuseppi di, stazione di benzina, Market Cafe / caffè e negozi e poi un ~ 10 minuti a piedi Harbour Town e ~ 15 minuti a piedi dal Sea Pines Beach Club! Campi da tennis multipli in loco e una bella piscina. Deposito bici troppo. Questo è al 2 ° piano con vista una bella laguna con una fontana con vista sulla piscina. Molto aperta e luminosa con una tonnellata di finestre. Abbiamo appena rinnovato l'unità nella primavera del 2016 per includere granito, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici inox, pavimenti, nuova doccia enorme bagno padronale, schermo piatto HDTV e abbiamo aperto la cucina per la tana con un bel bancone bar con sgabelli (nota più faro di tennis ville hanno la lavatrice / asciugatrice in cucina ... abbiamo spostato la lavatrice / asciugatrice a un armadio nel corridoio e ha aperto la cucina). Abbiamo 3 bambini 1-7 che amano l'unità che non ha scale all'interno della unità reale. Bike per la spiaggia e la città porto, a pochi minuti. Il mio manager proprietà locale può aiutare con sconti per i 3 Sea Pines campi da golf: Ocean, Heron Point e Harbour Town. Anche i 4 campi da tennis in loco sono una parte di Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. Amerai questo condominio e avrà un momento fantastico!

** Non ci saranno parcheggi disponibili presso il Sea Pines Beach Club nel 2019. Parcheggio giornaliero per il servizio navetta che vi porterà al Beach Club dalle 9:00 a. m. alle 5:00 p. m. sarà disponibile come segue:

Sabato 23 marzo - Sabato 13 aprile - Lotto 2 al lotto del carrello principale
 Domenica 14 aprile - Domenica 21 aprile - Lotto 6 di fronte a Stables Lawton
 Lunedì 22 aprile - Sabato 11 maggio - Lotto 2 al lotto del carrello principale
 Domenica 12 maggio - Lunedì 2 settembre - Lotto 8 vicino a Fraser Circle

 Il parcheggio custodito dopo le 17:00 sarà in base all'ordine di arrivo. Il Beach Shuttle opererà dal 23 marzo 2019 fino al 2 settembre 2019 (Labor Day) dalle 9:00 alle 17:00, sette giorni su sette.**

Awesome first stay in Hilton Head

Perfect location in Sea Pines!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines in this condo! The amount of space was perfect for up to 4 people and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach shuttle!

Location location location

Location is excellent… about halfway between Harbortown and Sea Pines Beach Club with a free trolley to both and pick up just steps away. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to Harbortown. Several good restaurants, a coffee shop, bike rentals and a spa are just a short walk down the street. The bathrooms and kitchen in this condo have been very nicely renovated. I was a bit surprised at the additional charge of 275 to bring our small dog for four nights. Other than that we loved everything about the condo.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for a week away for an anniversary trip for my husband & I. I am very particular when booking a trip and I spend a LOT of time reading reviews to make sure the property meets my expectations. This condo was very clean & decorated in a modern/beachy style. All needed items were available in the unit. Notable extras were beach towels and ample toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods and garbage bags to last us the whole week. The 2nd floor location overlooking the pond and fountain was great & we enjoyed time on the deck relaxing. Tennis courts and pool access are literally just steps away. I had messaged the owner seeking recommendations for bike rental and restaurant for anniversary dinner and both turned out great. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and would highly recommend.

Well-located; condo was not in the best shape as we arrived to a leak in the ceiling. The ceiling was yellow and peeling. There was also mold in the shower. My kids found Cheerios under their beds. The management company needs to do a better job maintaining the property. We should have also been contacted about the leak in advance.

Great rental at Sea Pines

We had a great experience at this rental property. It was clean and very organized. It had all the amenities that you need to enjoy a stay. Communication throughout the process with the rental management company with great. I recommend this property to anyone that's looking to visit with their family. Great location. The pool area was great.

Very comfortable condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well-supplied, and plenty large enough for my husband and me and our adult son who stayed over for a night. The location was great. The trolley was incredibly convenient so we could get to the beach club, South Beach or the lighthouse area very easily. We didn’t swim, but the pool looked nice. The pickleball courts were right there.

Cockroaches

This makes our 10th year staying on HHI. I booked this condo because it had such a high rating especially cleanliness. Although the condo appeared clean after a couple of days we saw 2 cockroaches. I called Beach properties immediately. They did send someone out later that day to spray. Another issue I had although small compared to cockroaches was we needed a beach access we could park at. The Sea Pines Beach club was the nearest but did not allow parking for our condo. We had to drive to Coligny, which is extremely crowded. Two of the days we went had no parking left. Although this condo had been remodeled, & appeared nice, I would not stay here again.

Great little condo

We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights after Christmas. The weather was chilly but very sunny so we spent most of the days outside. The condo has a great little porch where we enjoyed reading. The bedrooms and primary bathroom are a great size. The condo is a quick bike ride to the beach club and Harbour Town. We walked to a couple restaurants at Sea Pine Center and walked to Harbour Town for the ball drop. Great location!
