Ocean Villas #B219 - This wonderful 2nd Floor Unit is located in Building "B" in HHI Beach and Tennis Resort. Sleeps 5 people with Queen Bed, Sleeper Sofa and 1 Bunk.
100 Yards to Beach and Islands Largest Pool. Ocean views from Patio.

Offers all of the amenities that you can expect.

Full Bathroom with Shower and Tub.
Kitchenette with all utensils, pots & pans for cooking, variety of cups and glasses, Toaster, Blender, Hand Mixer, Coffee Pot & Keurig, hot tea Kettle…and more
50" Samsung TV in Living Room & 32" in Bedroom, Ceiling Fans in Living & Bedroom

Beach Gear: 2 Beach Chairs and small amount of Toys

Towels:
Are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set for Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

Also supplied:
Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Fees:
$130.00 for Cleaning
$35.00 is per each car (paid at booking)
If more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the VRBO account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-NO E-BIKES allowed past the Security Gate. Bike Rack is available outside to lock them to that.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies.

Absolutely loved this condo and the resort! My grown kids and I stayed here - 4 adults total and we enjoyed the soft comfy bed and the pull-out couch. The condo was very clean, had everything we need (towels, sheets, blankets, trash bags, toilet paper/paper towels, detergent, etc). We even had three wonderful beach chairs which we LOVED using to layout at the beach. This condo is VERY close to the pool and beach of the resort and it was wonderful to take such a short walk to pool, beach, cocunut sportz bar for food/drink. My grown teenage kids loved the ease of this vacay and the comfy condo! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a short getaway and this resort was great! Condo is very close to the beach, pool and beach restaurant. Clean and stocked well. Quick and easy check in. Family of 4 fit but wouldn’t try to fit anyone else in. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was clean and convenient to beach pool very nice. Basic accommodations Bedroom close to hall so you heard people in the morning.

The location and access to beach boardwalk and pool were wonderful. The beds were comfy, but a few things in the condo need to be addressed. Most of the electrical sockets are so loose, they will not hold your charges, etc in the wall. I had to move furniture around to find sockets that would work. Also, the heating an air makes the bedroom freezing and the rest of the condo is hot when the door is closed. It is also advertised as having a separate sleeping space with a bunk bed, but there is no door there. Leaving the bunk bed area open to the rest of the house. I wanted to love it, but once arriving and realizing my daughter didn't have a sleep space separate from the main area was a bummer. The bathtub also does not have a stopper amd the water drips throughout the night. I think a fee updates amd this place could definitely be wonderful again.

The property was clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had a very small issue and contacted the owner, and he responded very quickly. The issue was resolved in a very short time, and the owner contacted us to make sure everything was okay. The bed in the bedroom and the pull out sofa were both extremely comfortable. We'll look for this property again when we return for our annual trip next summer.

The condo was nice with amazing views of the sunset! The beach was right outside the door! We enjoyed the space in the condo during our down time. Lisa was warm and inviting as she showed us around on day 1. We will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful check in experience, the ONLY issues was a bulb in the living room was going out so it was flickering and the fan in the living room made a scrubbing sound. Both very minor issues I didn’t bother telling the manager about them. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Unit was clean and just as described. Perfect for a couple. Well equipped. Great location to the large swimming pool, just steps away. Walking distance to onsite dinning. Located near Shelter Cove shopping, and grocery store.
