"Immaculate and modern. Comfortable beds, beautiful baths, wonderfully relaxing furniture in front of the living room TV (plus a TV in each bedroom). Steady wi-fi. A Keurig, a blender, and all the gadgets needed in the kitchen. The minute I walked in the door I could feel the stress of everything start to lift. I felt so welcome. I walked under tall pines for about a block to reach the water and left my footprints and all the world's problems in the wet sand along the waves. The Old Blue Chair Villa is place apart and a time apart -- one of the loveliest vacation spots I have ever been to."

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1657 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 1st Floor, Stairwell B. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
