  • Questa villa sulla spiaggia dell'Hilton Head al primo piano è stata rinnovata e ben arredata con vista sulla laguna a pochi passi dall'oceano e da The Dunes House. È in ottima posizione e comodo per giocare a golf, tennis e kayak. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso al balcone privato e la zona giorno principale. Il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto. Il condominio ha nuovi mobili in tutto e bagni nuovi di zecca. Mentre il condominio è al primo piano, è soppalcato che richiede di salire le scale.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. The rental was great! It was clean and comfortable and was in a great location for access to the beach. While all of these things are minor, if you want honest feedback on possible improvements it would be as follows: a new broom is needed, there is no dustpan, and the vacuum had an odor to it when it ran. The coffee cups were also really small. Again all minor things. We would absolutely return to Palmetto Dunes and this exact rental again!

The only items I would have liked to be different is better outdoor furniture and clean the outdoor space. It was dirty and the storage box was moldly and unsightly. The indoor rugs were also dirty/stained. It was a short walk to the beach.The kitchen was good except no basics like salt or saran wrap. Great AC and hot water and very quiet. I would prefer a property with an oceanfront pool and clubhouse like the Omni and Hilton.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location ! So close to beach and pickleball however this unit need some serious updates. Air conditioning Went out and it took 2 days to repair, closet door in the master was off and they never addressed it, all rugs were stained and worn, television instructions were impossible to navigate, kitchen had bits and pieces of what you needed but were put away all over. It was a search to find the lid for anything or matching items. The living room furniture was worn and cushions sunk when you sat down from wear . This is the second year we stayed at this condo and won’t be back unless some changes are made.

The location was wonderful and just outside Palmetto Dunes is so many grocery stores and restaurants. I would rent here again however would have wished two things. One the bathrooms in the bedrooms have a barn door (little privacy) and then the secondly the dishes. They were plastic and not dishwasher safe. Plus can opener and vegetable peeler did not work well. That’s little but just a little annoying. It is a great home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5960 at The Mooring was in great condition. Most of the unit appeared to be recently redone. The only negative was that the unit would benefit from an air purifier as there was a slight mustiness. This was not a big problem but faintly noticeable.
