  • Welcome to this charming two-bedroom Villamare condominium, perfectly located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Ideal for families or small groups, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient retreat with easy access to all the area's attractions.

    The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from quick snacks to full family dinners. The adjacent dining area seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar for extra convenience.

    The spacious and inviting living room boasts a wall of windows, filling the space with natural light, and is furnished with cozy seating and an HDTV for your entertainment.

    The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom, which features a large sunken tub, dual vanities, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.

    The second bedroom is perfect for families or friends. It offers two double beds, an HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a tub and shower combination.

    Located in the desirable Palmetto Dunes, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style for your next Hilton Head Island getaway.

    Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property in my opinion was not well maintained. Needs to be painted, carpets were dirty needs updating.

Place is a bit dated and could stand for some updating. The furniture is not the most comfortable but you do not spend much time there anyway. The stove top did not work. Overall, the location is top notch (just minutes from the beach), the pool areas are great, the pickleball courts were like new, all other amenities were very nice!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very nice. Clean, in great shape and in an outstanding location. We were told verbally by Palmetto dunes reservations the pool would be heated. We reconfirmed before paying the final payment. We get there and the pool was freezing. We called and were told there was nothing they can do, the management company is offsite. Sad as there were a lot of people at the pool but no one could go in and stay in as it was too cold.

It had all the amenities and more. It was very clean and a perfect layout for all our needs. The distance to the pool and ocean was perfect especially with small children. The check in and out process was super easy. Overall we had an amazing trip full of great memories!

Very comfortable stay!

Planned to stay next year again but they changed it to weekly rentals in March! Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to HHI and we struggled to decide where to stay. We were very happy with our choice of Palmetto Dunes. The location was perfect, and Villamare was very quiet compared to other places we looked at on our vacation. Our particular unit, 3229, was in a nice spot. Easy to access, and although it wasn’t ocean view, the patios looked out to trees and we had the sound of a pond fountain to enjoy. The unit itself is only partially updated, and could use a deep clean. Walls, doors, etc were dirty. The second bedroom has a hotel style door that does not stay open, even with two door stops. It appears that it was previously used as a separate rental from the rest of the unit. It would be nice if the door was changed; It slams very fast and hard and I would be very careful with young children as fingers could easily be pinched. The master bedroom had a very strong mildew scent. We kept the sliding patio doors open (there are screen doors) when we were home, and that helped some. Lastly, the master bed is terribly uncomfortable. It feels like a very old, firm spring mattress. I slept very poorly on it, and my husband and I each woke up sore each morning. If you are considering this unit for a longer rental, I’d suggest buying a mattress topper and better pillows. All in all, we would choose Villamare again, but would look at different units.
