    The villa is on the second floor of the beautifully appointed Beachwalk complex. Very nice property. Parking was plentiful and accessible, utilities and toiletries were provided in adequate amounts for a short stay, however families or individuals staying for an extended period may need to purchase more at their own expense. Comfortable selection of furniture and a fantastic deck to take in the evening atmosphere. Adequate kitchen basics, though lacking some more specific items for more complex dishes. Having a car at this property is recommended as there is little in walking distance when factoring in the heat and humidity of the island, and the property is deep in a gated community. Check in instructions were very clear, and 2 entry passes are provided to get into the community for the convenience of groups.

This was a great place. Proximity to the beach, tennis center across the street (be aware of the $25/hour rate!), comfortable and spacious master bedroom. We would love to stay again!

Great location!

Just a few minute walk to the beach, which we loved! The space worked well for my family of 4. Only reason it's not a 5 is the king size mattress could use an upgrade and the kitchen can use some saute/fry pans, otherwise we recommend this property!

Great Place

Wonderful condo, perfect location. Lots of bike trails. Walk to the beach. Condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds we're very comfortable. It needs to be updated. Overall, perfect for us. We'll go back.

Great location for the beach. Nice layout but dated furniture. We had leaks in the kitchen and dining room when it rains. Also had a rat in the kitchen. This needs to be taken care of before you rent again.

Closest to Beach Access!

This spacious condo is the closest unit to Beach Access in Shipyard Plantation. We loved it. Forget about it being out of date and style. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. We did not stay in the condo all day. Clean unit. Only negative - they should provide more bathroom towels. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, but needs updating

We love this property for it's great location and closeness to the beach. There are quite a few items which the owners should give attention to: 1) The carpet - could use shampooing; although renters travel within the condo bare foot, there are trails of dark marks throughout. 2) closet doors - laundry area; doors come off hinges and the tracking could use repair / replacement. 3) Main entry door - This may be an HOA concern; the foundation may had sunk as the front entry door has quite a gap around the door jamb especially down at the bottom where there is a very visible 3/8" gap at the lower right corner.
