Direct Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Villa

Our villa is located within Seaside Villas, a private gated oceanfront community with direct beach access, in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island very near Coligny. The villa is 560 sq ft located on the first floor within Seaside Villas (actually the second floor due to parking under the building). It is one of the very few villas within the complex with direct unobstructed ocean views. Wonderful view of the beach and waves. Watch passing dolphins and shrimp boats right from the balcony. Literally a few steps from the sand, and you can walk to many shops and restaurants in Coligny. It is also short walk to the brand new Hilton Head Low Country Celebration park. Bring or rent bikes and go basically anywhere on the island.

Watch sunrises and ocean views from the balcony while enjoying breakfast. This oceanfront villa is updated for comfortable living with one bedroom, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and a living area.

The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with a flat screen HDTV and separate access to an updated bathroom. A closet and dresser is located in bedroom for storage. The bathroom is updated with a walk in shower, rainfall shower head, and removable shower head. The hallway includes youth sized bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. For another sleeping option, the living area includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. All linens area provided for the villa.

The kitchen is updated and fully stocked, and includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Cook local fresh caught seafood right in the unit while enjoying the ocean views.

The living and dining area includes a pull out sofa with foot rests, a chair, and a dining table. There is also a flat screen HDTV in the living area where you can enjoy 100 plus cable channels. Also included in the villa is free wireless internet.

A hallway closet includes beach chairs and kids toys for fun at the beach.

The complex has an elevator for easy access to each floor of the building. The community has a pool, charcoal grills with picnic area, sundeck, bike racks, and coin operated laundry located on each floor of the complex. There is ample parking available.
