The nearest beach access is Folly Field Beach, which offers convenient amenities including restrooms and outdoor showers to rinse off the sand.



Hilton Head Island is known for its world-class golf courses, outstanding local seafood restaurants, and extensive biking trails. The island features over 50 miles of paved leisure paths, making bike rentals a popular and enjoyable way to explore. Throughout the year, there are a variety of events, with summer bringing fireworks and many family-friendly activities.



Getting around is easy. During the summer months, a seasonal island trolley operates, and The Breeze public bus system services the area. Of course, traveling by car is also convenient.

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the extensive amenities of Fiddler’s Cove. This gated community provides a secure environment with 24-hour personnel. On-site facilities include:

An active sports complex featuring 7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, and 2 indoor racquetball courts.

Other Things to Note:

To ensure a high-standard experience for all guests, please be aware of the following:



Identification: A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.



Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is a strictly non-smoking property. To maintain the quality of the new renovations, violations will result in a $500 restoration fee.



Kitchen Provisions: While we provide a comprehensive set of plates, bowls, and cookware, please note that cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not stocked.



Seasonal Promotions: We offer extended-stay discounts during the fall and winter months. Please inquire at the time of booking to apply the 4th-night-free or 4th-week-free promotions (holidays excluded).



The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.



Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.



Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
