Goditi questa bellissima villa immersa nel Turnberry Village! Con una delle migliori posizioni all'interno di Turnberry, questa villa è stata completamente rinnovata e offre una vista sulla laguna e sulla fontana pur essendo direttamente di fronte alla piscina e al parco giochi della comunità. Quando si entra in questa casa, si viene accolti da nuovi pavimenti in legno e da un arredamento attento con il massimo del comfort. È completamente attrezzato per soddisfare le esigenze di cottura della tua famiglia e presenta ripiani in granito. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con un bagno principale en-suite. Il bagno principale è stato completamente rinnovato di recente con ampia cabina doccia, vasca da bagno e doppio lavabo. La camera degli ospiti dispone di due letti matrimoniali e di un proprio bagno privato. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. Divertiti a comunicare con la famiglia sull'ampio ponte esterno con posti a sedere ampi, splendide viste sulla laguna e un barbecue a gas.

Quiet golf/beach weekend

Had the opportunity to visit Hilton Head on fairly short notice and booked this lovely unit. Check in and communication was simple, neighborhood was convenient for golf and a very easy drive to the beach, or short walk. The pool was a 30 second walk from the unit and just lovely. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the tv remotes and updated Wi-Fi instructions, but these small things did not interfere at all with our enjoyment of the property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Hilton head small family condo

Loved this condo for my little family. We had a great time at palmetto dunes and plan to come again. We would def stay at this condo again. Only thing I would suggest is a spot for beach toys. We bought a bunch and would have left them for the next family to use.

Quick vacation trip

Decided on a quick few days down to Hilton Head Island and really appreciated the easy rental process. Keyless entry, parking pass in advance, so easy. Rented bikes and had a quick bike to the beach and for coffee each day.

Few minor issues!

Blind in downstairs bedroom nor working! Internet issues! Couch, chair and rug in living room dirty! Very limited basic utensils, etc I’m the kitchen. I’ve never been in a rental without having salt and pepper.

Palmetto Dunes is a nice area have stayed there before. Turnbury seems to be one of the older neighborhoods and is as far from the entrance as you can get. The pictures make this unit ( # 299) look bigger The kitchen and family room are really one room. The couch is within 18 inches of the kitchen Island. the down bedroom is small with the beds pushed up against the walls, The up bedroom is bigger but hotter. ( unless you make it really cold downstairs) The very old washing machine made such a racket it could not be used, A service guy said it needed major repair. The top of the dryer was full of rust and you could see light coming in above the front door, they did send someone to fix it. I have pictures of all this and more. General impression not worth the money I paid to stay there.

Spring Break Vacation

Loved this property. Provided enough space for our family of four that we could congregate together in the main space but also have enough room to spread out when we wanted a little time for ourselves. Beds comfortable, living room furniture is in good shape, still provides good support. The wildlife in the back were fun to watch. Even saw the alligator. Just a heads up, the beach is not accessible from this location. You must be staying in one of the beach front properties to access Palmetto Dunes private beach. However the public beaches are less than 3 miles away. You can bike or drive and find parking very easily, even during spring break.

Fun place

Nice location and condo. Bedding was a little ruff for a 4.5 star resort. Rental appearance was nice and most of the info. was correct just little discrepancies on the ammenties. Pool was not open even though it said it would be and and there was some 2 hrs. of tennis per day which was not completely stated. Otherwise loved the bike and walking trails.

Beautiful unit and great resort

This is a beautifully renovated property. Was perfect for our family of four (kids age 5 and 7). Loved that we were directly across from the community pool and the in-resort door to door shuttle service was fantastic. Just a quick shuttle ride to the beach - Too far to walk with young kids and beach chairs etc.. We had a car but could have easily gotten by without one given the shuttle takes you to Shelter Cove as well where there are many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Amazing bike trails and although we didn’t golf or play tennis there are lots of options. Bike rental through the outfitters on resort was a favourite for everyone and they can accommodate all biking needs from 18 months and up with single rider bikes, baby seats, child trailers and tandem bikes. The kitchen is equipped with the basics of what you would need. Could use a new frying pan and some plastic glassware but that is being really picky! There is at least one alligator who made a regular appearance in the lagoon behind the unit. The elevated deck and lagoon embankment offer protection but it is likely that prior guests within the complex fed the gator which is a definite no no. Checkin process through Palmetto dunes welcome centre was super easy and the basic amenities provided were sufficient with the exception of toilet paper which we bought more of. All in all a great spot and we would definitely rent this unit again.

Relaxing in beautiful surroundings 😊

This Villa is beautifully maintained. The renovations done are first class. We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were taken care of quickly. Loved the soaking tub and showers and looking out at the fountain. Very relaxing! 🌅

Wonderful Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. The furnishings were very tasteful, everything felt open and airy. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in morning after a run on the beach, as well as walking to the General Store and the Dunes restaurant. Great location and a great place to stay.

Great Vacation!

My wife, 18 month year old, mother, and mother in law had a fantastic vacation. We were looking for a quiet place with some good places near by while by wife and I got some free baby sitting . My little boy had a great time at the beach and would definitely recommend.

Mild Winter Getaway

For the second time in as many years, my wife and I stayed at this villa in Palmetto Dunes for the month of February. Because of the mild weather all along the East Coast, we experienced perfect weather for the many outdoor activities that Palmetto Dunes had to offer as well as all of Hilton Head. The villa has so much to offer! The furniture is very comfortable throughout the entire space. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space, and the kitchen was very well supplied with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and more. The pantry is very convenient for storing additional items. Having a washer and dryer is always a bonus. The outdoor deck provided additional space. The location of Palmetto Dunes, in addition to a sense of security because of a guard house, is perfect for getting around on the island. Being only minutes from Shelter Harbor Cove, which includes shopping, restaurants and a Krogers Supermarket, was very convenient. There are many restaurants on the property in which to dine if you don't want to travel far. The General Store carries everything you might need for eating, swimming, fishing, etc. We would consider coming back again, and would not hesitate to recommend this home to a friend.

Quiet, clean, updated condo in Palmetto Dunes was the perfect spot for three of us for three nights.

Had a great time. The unit met all our needs for our three night stay. We would recommend this rental to any party of 2-4 who want a quiet, clean and spacious enough place to hang out. Had a lovely view of a lagoon and we enjoyed long morning walks from our front door.

This condo was outstanding in its newness and very open layout. The carpets seemed new and the grill was definitely new. The view off the deck was nice with a lagoon view. The only negative is that it is quite a way from the beach but with bikes that became a non problem. I would definitely stay at this condo again.
