Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This exquisite 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home is a new addition to the market, located in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes, acclaimed for its natural beauty and diverse amenities on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Freshly renovated with meticulous attention to detail, this house reflects a seamless blend of modern comfort and lowcountry charm. It's spacious, with plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. The open plan living area is flooded with natural light, a perfect place to gather and relax after a day at the beach.

The house is designed perfectly for a family getaway or a friends getaway with the convenience of the bunk room as well as each bedroom offering peaceful respite, designed with relaxation in mind.

The house has a well-appointed, modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh local seafood. It also has a dining area that comfortably seats 12 suitable for both casual meals and more formal dinners.

The backyard is a private oasis boasting a heated swimming pool that overlooks the 11-mile lagoon, a tranquil setting that invites you to unwind and enjoy the serene ambiance. The poolside patio is ideal for al fresco dining, lounging, or simply appreciating the gorgeous views.
A short walk will take you to the stunning beach where you can indulge in sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. The bike paths in Palmetto Dunes are top-notch, providing you with safe and scenic routes to explore the plantation. Golf enthusiasts can play at one of the resort’s award-winning golf courses, while those who prefer a faster-paced game can head to the pickleball courts.

• Proximity to the beach: 10 min walk
• The pool and spa (does not have jets) can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Amazing house that was absolutely perfect for our group. The house came with everything we needed, the pool and other amenities were such a nice addition, and there was clear communication throughout the entire process. Would strongly recommend!

4th of July beach trip

This was our 3rd year visiting Hilton Head with our 5 young adult children and their friends. The home was able to accommodate all comfortably. Nice, open floor plan. Bedrooms are all a nice size. Beds are comfortable. Back bedroom with bunk beds is a bit warmer than the rest of the house. Bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking each day. A lot of homes that we’ve rented will have a stash of “extras”: coffee filters, oils, spices, sugar, etc. This home did not so plan accordingly. We loaded our truck and dropped off at the nearly beach access. Others rode bikes to the beach (my favorite part of the day). Palmetto Dunes is simply gorgeous. Boys played golf on the nearby golf course and said it was one of their favorites. Did not see any alligators this trip. But did catch a large blue crab off the dock. Back yard and pool area was very nice. Had a lo country sea food boil one evening. Spa attached to the pool is not a hot tub…FYI. Outdoor deck furniture could use an update as legs are rusting and breaking off. Use of garage is nice to throw beach gear in. Only advice to homeowner would be to update refrigerators and add a nice ice maker. Refrigerator in kitchen is small to accommodate the house. The ice maker is slow and can’t keep up. The one in the garage is just a standard fridge with no ice maker. We had to make numerous trips to buy ice. A separate ice maker would be a huge bonus to renters. Really enjoyed the stove/oven.
Saw these guys in the back yard! Also saw 2 huge owls in the tree above the deck, and cranes each day!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful. All of the beds are amazing and the linens are top notch. We all love having fans in every bedroom. The pool is large and has plenty of room for all 8 of us. My 3 year old granddaughter felt like she was queen of her own castle by using the hottub as an overlook to the big pool. The wildlife is crazy. We saw owls, blue herrons, egrets and one good size gator just coasting through. The deer are everywhere! This is why we love returning to the island every year. The only disappointment, there were several dirty hand prints on the large windows that overlook the lagoon, hair and dust bunnies on the bathroom floors. The sofa covering definitely need washed. These are not things I would ask to be fixed but would prefer to not have to clean myself. The location is nice because it is not highly congested. The walk to the beach was a bit too much for the 3 year old, but do-able on bike.
