Grace Meadows: 3BR / 3BA, vicino a Westin, spiaggia, golf e tennis

I collegamenti sono una tranquilla gated community a Port Royal Plantation. La nostra villa è un condominio di un piano luminoso e confortevole che si trova sulla curva del 7 ° fairway del Barony Golf Course. Siamo nella parte posteriore dei collegamenti che offre isolamento e privacy.

La sala da sole della Carolina e la camera da letto principale si affacciano sul campo da golf. La grande camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno privato e cabina armadio. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli, bagno privato e un posto vicino al finestrino. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale ed è vicino al bagno della sala. La nostra cucina è ben attrezzata e la lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.

Una griglia a gas si trova nel patio esterno in pietra tra la villa e il garage separato per due auto. Il patio è il luogo ideale dove mangiare all'aperto. Il garage per due auto ha il carrello da golf per escursioni in spiaggia, tennis o Westin Resort. Sedie a sdraio con piscina e giochi da spiaggia sono custoditi in garage per il vostro uso. La camera familiare presenta un soffitto a cattedrale con TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, mobile bar e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. L'ingresso senza chiave della porta d'ingresso consente di guidare direttamente alla villa al vostro arrivo.

La spiaggia è a tre minuti nel nostro golf cart privato. Il parco della spiaggia ha un parco giochi e servizi igienici. The Links ha un pool di comunità che è vicino alla nostra villa. Hilton Head ha molti sentieri alberati per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta. La nostra villa offre tutti i comfort di casa in uno splendido luogo di vacanza.

Siamo vicini a ottimi ristoranti, negozi, tennis, a pochi passi dal Westin Resort, cinema e, naturalmente, Starbucks. Le gite di un giorno a Savannah e Charleston sono anche ottime fughe.

Great time in Hilton Head

The property was clean, semi-secluded, well maintained, and stocked with everything we'd want. The beach was very close and easily reachable via the golf cart and bikes. We had a blast!

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! Thank you !!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for the family. Close to the beach (having a golf cart was a nice add). The house was very clean and beautiful. If you are heading to HHI this is the place to stay!

Absolutely Perfect

This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. The provided golf cart is a plus in getting to and from the beach. Communication of information before and during our stay was exceptional! This place is a winner in many ways!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

Quiet location on golf course

We stayed for a month at this property. Had a little trouble with TV and Margie responded immediately. The golf cart was a plus, and so was the beach wagon. Also our first time at port Royal plantation. Great location! We joined Hilton head recreation center….great place to exercise.
