Newly renovated throughout and New to the Rental Market! This Hidden Gem is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Bradley Beach area of the Island, between Driessen Beach and Chaplin Park which has basketball courts, tennis, pickleball cours, dog park, playground and soccer fields. This is the perfect luxury rental home in Hilton Head for your family's vacation to the low country. Tucked away and only a 5 minute walk to the beach with 3 different walkways including private community access and sleeping a total of 16, there's enough room for the whole family, included your pet!
Upon entering the home, you'll find a spacious living area with a large sectional and HDTV. The formal dining area offers the perfect setting for family dinners. The kitchen boasts all stainless appliances, bar seating for 4. The glass sliding doors open up to the amazing outdoor patio with private pool and over-flowing spa. The pool can also be heated to your liking for an additional fee per day. You'll love the outdoor fireplace to cozy up to in the evening after a long, sandy day at the beach. The outdoor grill area offers the perfect place to hang out and enjoy bbq. The pool deck is covered by a lanai so you don't need to worry about any pesky debris! There is a King bedroom with a private bath on the first floor. The second floor bedrooms include a king bed in the second bedroom, 2 queen beds in the third bedroom, 2 full bed with twin trundle beds in the fourth bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the fifth bedroom. All bedrooms have HDTVs and private bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find garage parking and a separate game room with ping pong table, arcade style basketball, flat screen tv perfect for connected your gaming console. The 4 balconies off of the bedrooms are a lovely way to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening and take in the salt air. This is a pet friendly home!

Wonderful location for a family vacation in Hilton Head Island

This is a gorgeous, comfortable home that is just an 8 minute walk to the beach. All bedrooms are very comfortable and the individual bathrooms in each is definitely a plus. The house is well appointed. The screened-in outdoor pool area is amazing. My grandkids really enjoyed their time there. Also, the cart for transporting stuff to the beach is a good touch.

Amazing location and property!

Our stay was perfect. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation with the grands and grandkids. The proximity to the beach is excellent and the outdoor area back at the house is a great place to relax. The outdoor grill right near the pool was really nice and no bugs due to the screened in pool area.

Great Home and Private Pool/Hot Tub

The home is well equipped and the private pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The home was in good shape with all things operational but had not been thoroughly cleaned immediately prior to our stay which one is reasonable to expect when paying +10,000/week. The location is private and out of views from most other surrounding homes with one exception of the home to the right as you face the beach. Direct access to the beach would be a benefit, the path to beach was a pretty good walk but not a problem for our Family. Overall, we had a great time, the home served our family well and everything was as advertised.
