We had a good experience here. We had a quick weekend trip. This is a great location. We asked for a late checkout due to a long travel day ahead and Tim was great to help us.

The entire staff was simply amazing. We stayed a week and were treated like family by everyone. I highly recommend this hotel/resort. It's a great place for a low price!!!!

Overall was disappointed. So many things out of order including ice machine on the first level. Bar was closed due to it being a weekend. For what we paid, it was not worth it.

Here now. Mini suite is larger than expected, very clean but noise from AC was loud at times. Staff was great. Very clean. Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t get to use the pool but it was pretty clean and decent size. Nice outdoor deck to have breakfast on when its not raining. Definitely would stay here again. Really close to the outlets. Gas station within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was a good option for convenience but nothing special. Waitress was very nice. Over all it was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy and fast, the lobby is huge and airy. Very inviting. Parking is convenient under the building. The only negative is that it is hard to access as one has to drive all the way to Hilton Head Island, do a uturn and then drive back to Bluffton because of the median in the highway.

Old property. Staff there seem untrained and inexperienced or just don’t care or no management of them. No one to check me in at 8pm on a Tuesday. 6 am woken by loudly screaming kids playing and running up down hall and walls don’t prevent noise traveling. Had two days booked. Left after one day. Something is off about this place.

We picked this hotel because it was in the middle of Bluffton and Beaufort. It was convenient. There are no frills of any kind and the price of the room reflects that. We were out and about anyway so that wasn't a concern for us. You can buy breakfast there and head out and its a pretty nice spread from what we saw.
