Great Stay, Great Location

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The location of the property was perfect, we could hear the ocean, enjoy the pool and the beds were so comfortable! Super great shopping and eating!

Perfect for a couple

Perfect little place for my wife and I we enjoyed our stay close to everything and you could pretty well walk anywhere you needed to go. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit HHI

This unit was exactly as advertised - next to Coligny Beach Park, literally steps from the beautiful beach, and clean and comfortable. We also found it was a convenient location, and great for exploring Hilton Head island. A nice getaway!

Excellent facility for a week on the island

Very clean facility in an excellent location to enjoy everything the island has to offer. Perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy the week. We had one request to discuss with the facility contact and Evolve and it was addressed immediately with positive results. Overall a very nice and relaxing week and we plan to return again next year.

The Villa was amazing!!! Just as described and better. The view was better than pictured and we were steps from the beach. Coligny Plaza was right across the street and we loved the food and atmosphere there. We will be back!!!

Had a 4 night stay to see the Heritage Golf Tournament , Salty Dog Cruise , and dinner at Fish and Sandbar . Enjoyed the pool and beautiful oceans views from the balcony which included 4 high backs chairs . Unit was clean and beds very comfortable - Looking forward to next years visit Unit

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Great location within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, pool bar Jim’s (a must!) and of course, right on the beach. Easy check in process and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. We hope to visit again soon!

unit perfect for couples

Small and perfect for a couples get-away. Nicely decorated and equipped with all legit (not cheapo-dumpster) kitchen necessities. Location, Location, Location! Love the ocean views from the patio. Easy walk to beach. Park your vehicle and forget it; everything on HHI is within walking/biking distance.

July 4th weekend

Had a great time over the 4th of July. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. The bed was too soft for myself. Other than that we had a great time. Very nice place as advertised.

Beautiful views, easy and private access to beach, walk to everything. We parked and did not get back into our car until we left. Would recommend and will return.

Great place to stay and the views were amazing! Check in was easy and everything stated when booked was there. My complaint is I thought it was non smoking. People smoked on the balconies of multiple condos and it was overwhelming. They smoked at the pool and on the beach! Please be advised the parking lot is very small. We have a Tahoe and it was hard to navigate!

Just Amazing

You won’t be disappointed with this amazingly clean villa. Right on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean and sand. Easy access to everything. You can literally walk to everything (stores, restaurants, bars etc) within minutes. You never have to get into your car unless you want to. This was our second time staying here and are already planning another stay. Thank you Mark for sharing this Villa with us.

Outstanding Condo in an Outstanding Location!

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this condo and we will definitely stay here again. The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean, the bed and linens were great, and the condition of the furniture and unit was excellent. We really loved the location. There are shops, restaurants, and a grocery store directly across the street. So we were able to get around without ever having to use our car. The beach was in great condition and never too busy. I would recommend this to anyone headed to Hilton Head Island!

Close to perfection, the beach and shops!

This delightful condo has been 100 percent refurbished, redecorated and refreshed! The kitchen is replete with matching dishes, cutlery, stemware and pots, pans and baking dishes! Bathroom is all new! You will want for nothing. Appliances are up to date! Thanks to the condo’s central location it gets sun all day long and overlooks the gardens and pools. Beyond, the velvet soft sandy Coligny beach beckons! The balcony is great for breakfast, afternoon sun tanning or post dinner candlelight drinks! Just across the street the eateries, grocery stores and boutiques of Coligny await as well as pleasant nearby shady walks and bike paths. The sofa bed is comfortable, and the main bedroom mattress is great. We were here for three months and managed with the bedroom closets and hall storage closet. This little gem will tick all of your vacation boxes!
