La nostra famiglia è in vacanza da Hilton Head Island da oltre 20 anni. In questi anni abbiamo creato ricordi indimenticabili come la pesca, l'osservazione dei delfini, passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta in molti posti spettacolari. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la vista sulla splendida spiaggia. Siamo stati nelle unità di Breakers in molte occasioni. È di gran lunga uno dei nostri posti preferiti in cui soggiornare quando si è in vacanza qui. Ciò che rende le Breaker's Villas diverse da altre è la vicinanza a ristoranti, negozi, divertimenti e la spiaggia. A pochi passi dall'area di parcheggio troverai favolosi ristoranti e negozi, e pochi passi nell'altro senso nella direzione opposta ti farai incantare dalle splendide acque dell'Oceano Atlantico.

Dopo molti anni, l'opportunità si è presentata per la nostra famiglia per l'acquisto di una di queste ville con vista sull'oceano. Non potevamo abbandonare la possibilità di fare uno di questi nostri.

La nostra villa a 236 Breakers si trova al secondo piano e la vista sull'oceano è completamente mozzafiato. Ci sono state poche esperienze nella nostra vita che sono paragonabili alle nostre vacanze in famiglia in questa spiaggia!

Invitiamo voi e la vostra famiglia a visitare e creare i vostri ricordi. Siamo in grado di facilitare affitti giornalieri, settimanali e mensili. (Gli snowbirds sono i benvenuti). Cercheremo di soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta ragionevole. Offriamo uno sconto del 25% per affitti mensili. Tuttavia, solo i noleggi settimanali sono accettati dal primo di aprile alla fine di settembre. Saranno prese in considerazione tutte le altre richieste di noleggio.

Disappointing experience. As soon as we checked in, we tried going out on the patio. The sliding glass door would barely budge. After extensive pulling, the door opened about 2 feet. We tried to contact owner and Don responded an hour later saying the slider was heavy, because it is a heavy hurricane door, it is hard to move. Having owned places with hurricane sliding doors, we knew this to be untrue and suggested he get the rollers serviced. He said he could not get anyone there to address the door rollers until the next week, after we checked out. We tried sitting on the living room furniture after dinner. The couch and love seat were very uncomfortable, as the cushions appear to be worn out, and sink down. The rockers on the patio are nice, but your view of the ocean is obscured by the top railing bar. The bedroom is a small, odd nook on the side when you enter the unit. There is a king bed, but the mattress is very uncomfortable, you can feel every move your partner makes and it is noisy. Upon going to wash towels, found washing machine had standing water in it, with lots of sand in it, and was inoperable. Without being able to do wash, Don texted he would have his cleaner drop off extra towels, this did not happen. The most disappointing thing was the lack of response that we received from Don. His response to our pointing out issues was, “This has never happened before”, and “Sorry, I can’t get anyone to address this until next week”. We would not book this unit again.

The location was perfect with proximity to beach, pool, shops & restaurants. Communication with property owners was great too. The condo was smaller than we expected especially the bedroom. The bath mat was dirty when we arrived & there was a towel on bathroom door that I think had been used. Water dripped from the overhead furnace filter in hall & the filter was visibly dirty. The door to the deck was very difficult to open & close. The deck rockers were very comfortable but something taller would make it easier to see over the railing & see the ocean.

Great place to get away. Incredible view from our 2nd floor balcony. We parked the car and didn’t drive anywhere until our departure day. Great restaurants, grocery store, and shopping all within walking distance. We will be back.

Location, location, location!

This condo is great. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every day. Love sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. This was our 3rd stay here for our annual Spring golfing trip and we hope to return next year.

4pm Checkin was communicated - however we arrived at 12:30 by UBER after traveling with a layover and had nowhere to secure our luggage!Asked the cleaning ladies after 3pm if we could put our luggage on the deck until they finished - had some communication later with the owner who mentioned it was ok! (No one was at the security office, that we could find)The ONLY issue we had! The condo was perfectly decorated stocked with anything we would need upon arrival very clean Coligny circle is a few steps from our condo The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.The free trolly transportation is nice & we easily UBERED to several dinner locations. We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head

Would Book Again

This property is exactly as the photos depict. So after you've scrolled through them, you should need to look no further. It is clean, well equipped, and perfect for walking the beach again, and again, and again! As a second story unit, you have a great view out to the ocean and the beach. Additionally, with a gated beach walkway, there is an extra level of security and privacy. Parking was never an issue with a private lot and a security station. It is convenient to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. However, a short drive will broaden your horizons for restaurants and a "must visit" bakery, The Hilton Head Social Bakery. If you need an outing for early dinner, head to the Old Oyster Factory Restaurant.Definitely a location worth rebooking each time you visit South Carolina.

Truly Wonderful

We have stayed at this clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated villa now four times, and will be counting the days until we can visit again. The view of the ocean and location to Coligny Plaza cannot be beat! A true gem.

Beach Bliss

Don and Mary Ann were incredible to work with including a last minute schedule change. Their home was beautiful down to the last detail. They even included some holiday decorations since we were there during the holiday period. The condo was immaculate (and that is from a clean freak). They provided starter packs for everything and made the home more than welcoming. The view was amazing and location cannot be beat. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and cannot wait to return to this home full of beach bliss. Thank you Don and MaryAnn!
