Located in the heart of all the action in Sea Pines, 6 Pine Court offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and style. This beautifully updated home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping eight guests with a king, queen, and four twin beds. Inside, you’ll find two inviting living areas — a spacious main living room and a separate sunroom with stylish furnishings — along with a fully stocked, modern kitchen and updated outdoor living space complete with a gas grill, ideal for family cookouts or relaxing evenings. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, as well as four backpack beach chairs for a day on the sand.

Situated in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines, this home provides quick access to the community pool, tennis courts, and playground just a block away, while maintaining a serene and private atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Its central location makes it easy to ride your bike or drive to Harbor Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina Village, and the Sea Pines Center shopping plaza, which offers boutiques, dining, and more. Guests can also take advantage of the Sea Pines Trolley stop nearby for free transportation between Harbor Town, the Beach Club, and South Beach Marina Village.

With safe, dedicated bike paths throughout Sea Pines, evenings spent on the back patio with a glass of wine, or family nights exploring all the area has to offer, 6 Pine Court is the ideal vacation home. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee, making this a perfect home-away-from-home for the entire family.

Newly-updated house was very nice. Also nice to have bicycles and beach chairs provided. While not on the beach or at Harbour Towne, the location was pretty central so easy to get to the various places.

Summer Vacation

Very happy with our stay. Entire process was simple. House was very comfortable and clean. Included bikes and beach chairs was a great bonus! The location was central in Sea Pines Resort with ability to bike in any direction…to Seapines Beach Resort, South Beach, or Harbourtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful pet friendly home and back yard!

This home is perfectly located from the beach to the courts! The backyard is private and fenced for our canine children. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation!

Lovey home with terrific appointments - all bedrooms have full baths, kitchen is wonderful and cabinets all labeled for easy access. We felt the space was smaller than we would have liked, given the “porch” is not air conditioned - so you loose a good spot for separation or work from home scenario we needed. But again lovely. The house is located on a crowded street/circle, and while it worked it was a bit tight for us with two large SUVs. (Sea Pines, in general, has a ton of homes and condos so it’s tight overall.) This homes backyard is cute but tight. We had a bit of weather while there and one “tree” outback sheds some sharp “seeds or leaves” so shoes required. It is fenced for small kids or pups and grill filled with propane appreciated. Note: Should ask owner or care team for garbage bin anchor or weight - area raccoons known to open and jump in to bins/leave a mess. Finally, the community pool was great for grandchildren, the beach club and trolley offerings excellent for all. Again - lovely home overall.

Memorial Day weekend

Beautiful home. Comfy beds. Clean. Bathrooms for each room was appreciated with 2 teenagers and grandpa. Loved the backyard for the dog and kids enjoyed the putt putt. Bicycles and beach chairs were a great bonus.We’ve staying in many rentals, this property was top notch.

Excellent Home Away

This home was perfect for our family. Soon as we stepped in the front door, we noticed how clean, organized and updated this property was. It truly accommodated our family in every way and was stocked with everything we needed - cookware, outdoor space, beach gear and even bikes. We highly recommend this property and we would definitely consider booking 6 Pine Ct. again for future trips to Sea Pines.

Updated, pet friendly home with big back yard

We enjoyed our stay at 6 Pine Court. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove. The beds were comfortable. The bikes came in handy. I felt comfortable letting the dog out in the back yard. It was all fenced in and well lit.

Excellent Property!

Our family of three, along with two friends, recently enjoyed a delightful stay in Hilton Head's Sea Pines community. This beautifully updated home exceeded our expectations in every way. There was plenty of room for us to celebrate my birthday. The fully stocked kitchen was excellent - lots of space and supplies. Note - it doesn’t have any condiments, so just come prepared (a grocery store is very close as well). We appreciated the clear labels throughout the house, which made it easy to navigate and find everything we needed. The outdoor space was beautiful - although it was chilly this time of year, we still used the outdoor grill and the provided bikes to explore the area.In summary, this property offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a top-notch vacation experience in Hilton Head

Beautiful, clean and new!

This place was super clean, newly finished, and well-stocked with supplies. All the lights, fans, and appliances were labeled, which made for super easy navigation! The location was halfway between the beach and Harbortown, which made for easy biking!

Outstanding Location/Stay

Wonderful place. Great location. Short bike ride to the pool. A little longer to the beach, but we knew that when we rented the place. Plenty of utensils/cooking items in the kitchen and loved the huge grill. The beds were comfortable and really liked the two set of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Thank you for the wonderful stay and accommodations!!

Great!! Would absolutely book again!

Property was clean - plenty of room - GREAT location to beach, courts & pool - great space - loved all the labels for stuff as it made it easier to know either where something was or where it went. Enjoyed the property & the bikes included. The beds were comfortable & had plenty of extras if needed. Really, really nice property - great management = very responsive & easy to deal with. Absolutely recommend & will definitely book again!

Fantastic!

This home was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2 friends. We were going to Hilton Head to primarily play golf and the location worked really well. Lovely and quiet and great outdoor space - we bbq’d most days. It has been tastefully modernised and everything is new. Very comfortable beds as well as the living room furniture. Well equipped kitchen, although as Brits we were surprised there wasn’t a kettle (we bought one and left it there, so hopefully it will remain)! The only other thing to note, not a complaint, was that there wasn’t a hairdryer, so make sure you take your own. We would highly recommend this home.

A great stay

The house is beautiful. The decor is top notch. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance needed to fix a fantastic meal. We loved the putting and chipping greens in the backyard. It was put to good use by my granddaughter and grandson. It had a wonderful grill that we enjoyed. Quiet neighborhood and the bikes were used all day, every day. We would definitely want to stay here again at 6 Pine Court, Sea Pines. Thanks so much.
