Whether you’re here to relax by the ocean, explore local dining, or enjoy nearby entertainment, this villa offers the perfect coastal getaway.

The Villa is a 1st floor unit with only 4 stairs, featuring a full laundry inside, completely equipped kitchen, new bedroom furniture with king sizes mattresses. Several flat screen TV's throughout with roku streaming devices. WiFi internet available, Beach chairs, towels and cart for guests use. Parking is close and included in the rent. Enjoy coffee in the AM and dinner in the PM on your private rear deck.
All this and a short, under 6 minute, walk to Islanders beach, Westin & Marriott Bonvoy hotels.

Great location for a small family vacation. Clean and very comfortable villa. The unappealing part of my stay were the noisy guests/tenants above the villa and the aggressive mosquitoes that kept getting inside the villa. It can get noisy if guests above are not mindful above the guests staying under them. Lastly, it was a little confusing about who could use the Westin shuttle and there is construction going on that currently interferes with peaceful bird watching if you are interested in doing that. The beach was still a convention short walk. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in a great location and I do recommend that you stay there for a family of 4.

Convenient and comfortable!

The location of this property is perfect! Being able to walk to the beach was awesome. The beach chairs provided worked great as well. Mark was great to communicate with and the property was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Clean, close, comfortable

There were just two of us staying here, so we never really used the second bedroom/bathroom. The property was very clean when we arrived. The owner was very responsive to my questions, especially when we had some issues in receiving check in information (went to my spam folder so not their fault) Some of the finishes are slightly dated, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable and there were a lot of USB and regular outlets for charging. The living area was nice to have space to relax when we wanted a break from the heat, and the couch was comfortable. Location was perfect to be able to walk to the beach, pool, Westin, etc. I would recommend this property for a couple or even 2 couples or family of 4.

Lovely property in walking distance to amazing beach access

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island Retreat. It was spacious, clean, bright and cheery and the location was perfect for us. The property came with a beach cart, beach towels and chairs which was super helpful (less to pack!). The walk to the beach was about 7 or so minutes which wasn't a big deal with the cart and the beach access/facility was probably one of the nicest I've ever been to. We have no reason to look elsewhere for a rental when we come back to HH.. Can't wait to return!

Perfect Memorial Day weekend getaway

My husband, toddler, MIL and myself came to HH for a wedding and stayed a few extra days to make it a fun weekend getaway. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. The villa was clean and had everything that you could want for a family vacation…from a fully outfitted kitchen, to two full bathrooms, an outdoor veranda and even a beach wagon and chairs. The property is within walking distance to the beach, a playground and two swimming pools and a 10 min drive to local grocery stores and shops. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back!

Our Happy Place

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 23 years and met the Toto's last November. While we were here we learned that we would be back in March for a special wedding. Called Mark to check on availability and he helped us through the process of booking. The villa is ideal. Couldn't ask for more. Mark responded immediately when we decided to stay a few more days and, again, helped with the process so we wouldn't have additional cleaning fees. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Nice listing and location

Pros: The property was very clean and the location was great (walking distance to the beach was a huge plus). The online description and pictures were very accurate. Checking in and out was very easy. Cons: The view from the back deck, although expected, really was an eyesore. Although it discouraged me from utilizing the area for my morning coffee, it wasn’t a deal breaker. I read reviews about the noise from upstairs occupants but figured, how bad could it really be? Oh my goodness, it was REALLY BAD!!! I was awakened several times by heavy stomping/running/moving furniture (not sure what was happening). A couple of nights I tried to wait them out before going to bed, but the noise literally lasted for hours. No voices or loud music, just very loud footsteps. This was absolutely a deal breaker for me. Although overall the property was very nice, clean and well suited for me and my family, I would not stay here again solely because of the noise. Hilton Head for me is for rest and relaxation. Unfortunately, that was quite challenging every night.

Feels like home
