Welcome to 19 Dune, nestled in the heart of the coveted area of North Forest Beach! With breathtaking ocean views and a private outdoor oasis, this getaway is the ultimate luxury retreat. The prime location, luxurious amenities, and stunning views are sure to provide a memorable vacation for you and your family or friends.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
-The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, stunning ocean views, private balcony access with stairs to the pool, a 55" flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower featuring multiple sprayers.
-A second master suite on the top floor mirrors these features, offering ocean views, balcony access, and an en-suite.
-Three additional bedrooms include one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and another with a king bed, accommodating various group needs.
-Both master suites feature oversized walk-in closets, and each king bedroom includes a rollaway bed for extra sleeping options.

Living Areas:
-Sweeping ocean views from the main living area, complete with a cozy fireplace and seating for the whole group.
-A secondary living space also features access to the fireplace, a 65" flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating to unwind after a day at the beach.
-The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, double ovens, a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials to prepare meals at home.

Great location

Great location with excellent view and allowed for many people. The only problem was that the house was not stocked enough with toilet paper, soap, trash bags or paper towel. Also there wasn’t a sharp knife to be found and with a big group we did a fair amount of cooking. Otherwise it worked out well!

Best house ever

What a gorgeous property! Everything is as described in the listing. We loved our stay - and you will too. The bedrooms facing the ocean are spectacular. This is the best location - close to Coligny and south-end fun.

Plenty of room, great location. Excessive wood rot , balconies and hand rails loose from rot. Sliding door in upstairs bedroom falling apart from rot. Furniture in living room had excessive stains to the point no one would sit in that room. On arrival there was hair all over the furniture, bed linens and towels. Needs updating. Overall our trip was good, but the place needs a great deal of work.

Wonderful for families

We have the best week staying at this property- it had everything we needed for two big families, multiple roll away beds, big bedrooms, lots of dining space inside and outside. We loved the pool and also loved how close it was to the beach. We would def book again in the future! Thankyou!

Amazing house

This property is so beautiful inside and out. Located right on the beach and walking distance to coligny plaza. The host is very communicative and was quick to respond. Also let us extend our stay with a days notice. Clean and beautifully furnished. We love this house and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Underwhelmed

Great location and amenities. Way too pricey for the quality of finishings inside the house. The kitchen is very very small and very outdated as are the bathrooms in each space almost embarrassingly so. Not a great value proposition at all.

Property was in a great location. Beach was perfect. Time was nice.

Pretty much as advertised. Only drawback was the kitchen, which we used quite a bit, did not have a lot of options with plates and glasses etc.. We washed all of the kitchen ware upon arriving. Stove and oven were somewhat outdated also. However, having said that we had a wonderful time and some great meals made in that kitchen and on outdoor grill.

Fabulous Vacation House!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this gorgeous oceanfront house. The views are simply breathtaking! The location was perfect, and the views and beach access were incredible. We loved and used all of the multiple decks and outdoor spaces as well. Overall the home was well appointed and comfortable for multiple families. Sure, it could stand a few upgrades (new stove, light in the garage stairs, etc.), but overall it was great.
