    Situata a 25 Holloman Trace, appena fuori da N Forest Beach Drive, questa casa si trova su una strada privata e offre un accesso privato alla spiaggia di 20 gradini.

    Il primo piano avrà un ampio soggiorno con camino che si apre sulla grande area coperta contenente la piscina e l'area spa. La cucina contiene tutti gli elettrodomestici per l'appassionato di chef con posti a sedere sull'isola per riunioni di gruppo. Una suite matrimoniale con bagno privato e cabina armadio si apre in privato anche alla piscina e all'area benessere. Un'altra master suite matrimoniale con bagno privato e cabina armadio è appena a sinistra dell'ingresso. Un bagno di servizio, una dispensa maggiordomo e una lavatrice / asciugatrice completano lo spazio abitativo al piano inferiore.

    Prendi le scale o l'ascensore fino al secondo piano dove apri un ulteriore spazio abitativo perfetto per riunioni con un mobile bar, ampia area di intrattenimento e balconi aperti. Entrambe le master suite al piano superiore king e queen con bagno privato e cabina armadio si affacciano sulla piscina sottostante con un balcone privato. Ulteriori camere da letto matrimoniali e doppie condividono un bagno completo con la camera doppia a castello. Una lavanderia e mezzo bagno completano la zona giorno al piano superiore.

Great location, just steps from the beach! Nice, clean house with enough bedrooms & bathrooms for our group of 12. The pool was an added bonus! A great time was had by all!

Rusty & Susan were truly the most gracious hosts during our stay. The home was absolute perfection and communication was prompt and clear from beginning to end. Location to the beach was perfect, especially with littles and and all the things- having a wagon at the house was appreciated! Thank you for sharing your home with us and making special Easter memories in your home. We couldn’t have loved our stay more:)

Spa Relief Resort!

The house and all accommodations were excellent and perfect for our large family. Proximity to the beach (75 steps is right on the money!) as well as an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny were a big plus. A wonderful week and we would definitely look to stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect Layout for a Large Group

Loved the house, the floor plan and proximity to the beach. Everyone in our large group had personal space and wonderful hangout zones, including upstairs and downstairs living rooms, balconies, and pool side. Already planning to come back!

This property is beautiful! It has everything you could want and more! It is so close to the beach, which is great! Susan is the best hostess! She and her team are the best communicators and gave extremely quick responses. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Great location and nice house for family gatherings

Very nice house, clean, plenty of space for our entire family (8 adults and kids). Plenty of bathrooms. Steps away from the beach. Just a mile and easy walk or bike to little shops and grocery store. Definitely recommend

Another wonderful vacation

Another great vacation at Holloman Trace! The home and location do not disappoint. Not a detail is missed in this home. Plenty of room to spread out for everyone to enjoy themselves. 4th of July on the beach was fantastic.

Responsive Beach House

This house is in a great location! It is clean; it is roomy; it is perfect for large groups. We had trouble with hot water when we arrived, but this was fixed within 30 hours. The owners were very responsive to our requests and very understanding of our issues.

Spacious, clean and beautiful

We loved the well equipped kitchen, and big private pool, and the upstairs loft equipped with video and other games. The location is a short walk to the beach. And a longer walk to Coligney PlazaEveryone was comfortable and happy. We were a group of 8 that included 3 teens.

A Hilton Head Gem for Families

We had the best stay! This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed—plenty of space, a great layout, and little extras that made it feel like home, from the well-stocked kitchen to the beach gear and kids’ books. The private pool was a huge hit, and the quick walk to the beach made it so easy with little kids. Our girls especially loved the bunk beds—it felt like their own little hideaway. It’s hard to find a rental that checks all the boxes, but this one truly did. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

A most memorable vacation

Our family of 14, aged 9 mos to 75, had the most wonderful anniversary celebration at this beautiful property. Nearby beach with super easy access was big and wide with long shallow entry, perfect for kids and adults. Pool was perfect for after we had enough sun and waves, and evening swims. House was big, clean, roomy, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and had the most amazingly supplied kitchen we’ve ever seen…perfect for our family’s version of “Top Chef” cook off team meal competition!! We enjoyed biking to Coligny Center and various other trails. We would love to come back…it was a perfect family place!

Perfect Family Getaway!

The property was amazing! It was very clean, well appointed and the size was perfect for our group. This was our first time staying in this area of HHI and we loved it. The location is nicely set between Coligny and Palmetto Dunes and you can get to either with a short walk on the beach for food or shopping. Susan was awesome! She was very responsive to any inquiries / questions we had. The property, location and service received was among the best we have experienced and are very much looking forward to future stays with ResHH Properties!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful visit to this beautiful property. It's in immaculate condition at a great location. But the thing we enjoyed most, was that our family of 11 had both lots of places to be alone and great spaces where we could gather together. We ended up enjoying meals more at the house, than restaurants because there was room for everyone and it was easy to talk. Also, we appreciate the AMAZING communication from the hosts. We had lots of questions and they ALWAYS responded within seconds. It was a perfect VRBO experience!
