Welcome to 4 Ketch! This spectacular home has six bedrooms, six full + 2 half baths. It is 2nd row in Palmetto Dunes and can host a group of up to 17 guests – an easy two minute walk to the beach! The home has been updated including new furniture throughout, new flooring, new paint & updated bathrooms.

It features a large private pool and spa. A new half bath has been added to the 1st floor that will conveniently have access from the pool area.


1st Floor:
Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor – each have a 50” flat screen TV + each have a private, full bathroom. One has two queen sized beds & the other two have two twin beds each. One of the twin bedrooms has access to the wraparound front porch. The living area on this floor has a 65” flat screen TV + mini fridge making it ideal for the kids to hang out.


Mid-Level:
A few steps up is a large bedroom w/ a king bed, pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom + twin on top) & a flat screen TV. It has an updated bathroom w/ a walk-in shower, separate tub, and his and hers sinks.


2nd Floor:
The main living area is at the top of the stairs and has a 65” flat screen TV + access to front & rear balconies where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living & dining areas. On the front balcony you have plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. A powder room is a few steps up. The 1st master bedroom has a king bed and 50” flat screen TV + has access to the front balcony. The private bath has recently been updated and has a walk-in shower and tub.


3rd Floor:
The 2nd master bedroom has a king bed and 50” flat screen TV and fully renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

• Pool Info: The large private pool is 32' x 16'. The pool and spa at this home operate off both an electric heater and a propane heater. If you opt for electric heat – it is FREE and will work as long as the outside temperatures don’t fall below 55 degrees during your stay. Typically this means you can heat the pool with FREE electric heat from March through May and again Sept. through October (pool not able to be heated in the summer) + heat the spa March through October, weather dependent. If you opt for propane heat – it will work no matter the outdoor temperature, however there is an additional fee for propane heat pool/spa heat. For either scenario, please reach out to our office to confirm heat at least two weeks prior to your arrival.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is available for up to five cars maximum. Car passes are an additional fee - they start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of car passes you request.
