Cucina aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e completamente attrezzata con tutte le pentole, padelle e piatti necessari per preparare il pranzo o il pasto gourmet. Master Suite dispone di bagno di lusso aggiornato con bagno privato con una vista spettacolare dalla camera da letto principale con un letto king size per rilassarsi. The condo is listed for 6 guest, 1 king bed, 2 single beds and 1 pull out couch. We did not have enough pillows, towels, bedding for this accommodation. We contacted Robert & received only bed fitted mattress pad and 1 towel, 1 was cloth. The condo is clean & well furnished, no pool towels, bikes were to be included with rental, when we contacted the Vayk bike rental they wanted to charge us for delivery. This was frustrating, we contacted Robert and the delivery fee was waived. The condo area is quite & neighbors in this area were very nice. We attended the RBC Hertiage Golf tournament this we paid an extra fee for the weekend. The trolley service picked up close to condo. There is a couple of gators that like lounging on this property bank. It was neat to watch the birds and wild life.

Great location for biking to the beach and close to the Nature Preserve. Also a good place to stay with children - lots of space. Will definitely stay again!

Golf Getaway

Beautiful location in Sea Pines. The property backs onto a forest preserve, small lake. Amazing view with lots of birds and wildlife. House is well laid out, comfortable and very clean. Property manager was friendly, efficient and readily available. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very relaxing!!

This property was wonderful. I think we enjoyed the outdoor space more than the inside which was amazing. Very quiet, peaceful & if you want to view some gators this is the place to be. I will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful outdoor space!

We had a great fall getaway in Sea Pines. The house had everything we needed, including a great deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs for watching birds and alligators in the water! This was a quiet location and very convenient. We would definitely choose this location again. We enjoyed biking to the beach, many restaurants, and the grocery store.

Excellent 4-Night Memorial Day Weekend

This property is terrific. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable the entire stay. Quiet neighborhood yet easy access to everything....and very easy to get to the beach! The view of the lake from the master bedroom and living room was amazing. Absolutely no complaints. We would definitely staying here again.

The Best!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! It was the perfect location. A short bike ride to the beach and just a few minutes from the other activities that we did. We truly enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful. We did have an alligator sunning right off the deck next to the water every morning. The kids enjoyed watching all the wildlife everyday.

Amazing house/location

We had such a great time staying at this property! Our children especially enjoyed looking for the gator and little lizards each day. The house was close to all the activities we had planned on the island. My husband and I could not believe how nice and quiet the community was. We would love to come back someday! This condo was exactly as described! The kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware and utensils needed. The grill on the deck was available for grilling. It was quiet and close to Lawton Stables. We would love to return.

Already looking to book again next year

This was out first time in Hilton Head and we will definitely be back and would stay at this property again. Home was as described and has a beautiful view of a lake. There were birds, turtles and even a resident alligator who made daily appearances. I would definitely recommend caution if up close to the water and supervision of children. The home itself was clean and spacious. Easy access to everything.

Simply Awesome

We stayed for a total of 7 nights and we had a blast. The area is super nice, with the pool right around the corner from the unit. The check-in process was smooth, with very clear instructions provided by the owner. The unit itself was very clean and updated, and we all slept comfortably. All of the appliances and the grill worked flawlessly. We especially enjoyed the daily afternoon visit from ‘Jaws’ (as our kids named him) who is an alligator that crawls out of the lagoon onto the back lawn each day in the early afternoon. We definitely plan to visit again!

Beautiful view

The property was clean with a beautiful view. We enjoyed watching the birds and even saw a couple of gators. There are so many wonderful restaurants on the island and we did a lot of exploring. It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and we appreciated all the beauty. My only advice would be to bring your own supplies if you plan on cooking. There wasn’t any salt, pepper, foil, etc that I have had in other rentals so just be aware. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s very comfortable and lovely.
