La casa è disponibile per Natale e Capodanno nel 2019. La casa estiva per la prossima estate sarà straordinariamente aggiornata con nuova cucina, bagni, pavimenti, vernici, mobili e una ristrutturazione totale. Le tariffe si basano sulla ristrutturazione totale per la prossima estate. La configurazione del letto sarà simile, ma è possibile aggiungere o cambiare più letti. Ci saranno sette camere da letto e sette bagni. Posizione favolosa e facile accesso a oltre $ 100 milioni di servizi presso il Sea Pines Resort. Ecco la descrizione attuale della proprietà. Entrando in questa spaziosa casa, il Cardinale Rosso ti saluta con una vista incredibile sull'Oceano Atlantico dall'atrio. Il livello principale della casa dispone di un ampio soggiorno aperto con vetrate a tutta altezza con vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano. Il soggiorno dispone di uno schermo piatto da 50 ". C'è una sala da pranzo formale e una cucina ben attrezzata anche a questo livello. Le porte-finestre si aprono sulla grande terrazza della piscina con vista panoramica sull'oceano e dispongono di una piscina / jacuzzi privata e di un accesso privato alla spiaggia.

Ci sono due camere da letto al primo livello. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto 40 "e lettore DVD, ampio bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, box doccia, doppio lavabo e water separato. Questa camera offre anche splendide viste sulla piscina e sull'oceano. Anche a questo livello è l'altra camera da letto arredata con un letto estraibile che si estrae e si trasforma in 2 letti singoli e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "e lettore DVD. Questa camera da letto ha accesso ad una sala da bagno con doccia.

Salendo alcune scale troverete un livello intermedio con 2 camere da letto. Una delle camere da letto su questo livello è arredata con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto 32 "e lettore DVD e un bagno privato con vasca / doccia. La seconda camera da letto su questo piano è arredata con 2 letti singoli, TV 32 "e un bagno privato con vasca / doccia.

Salendo alcune scale troverete un'area di atterraggio con una confortevole area salotto e una vista sulla zona giorno sottostante. Questo livello ha altre 3 camere da letto. La seconda camera da letto principale è a questo livello. Questa camera da letto è arredata con un letto king size e dispone di un balcone privato con pareti in vetro che si affaccia sulla piscina e offre incredibili viste panoramiche sull'Oceano Atlantico! Questa camera da letto è inoltre dotata di TV 40 "e lettore DVD e di un ampio bagno privato con vasca da bagno, box doccia, doppio lavabo e gabinetto separato.

Family Gathering

Fantastic property! House layout was excellent, covered deck social area welcome retreat from sun. Pool area and access to beach was a big plus. Only negative was a malfunctioning hot tub. Overall it was a great family vacation for the 17 of us.

amazing property

We were in hilton head for a family vacation. My parents, my family, and my two siblings with their families. My parents are in their 70's and the kids ranged from 13 yr old to 5 months old. We went for a week at the end of July. While the beach was hot during the day, the pool offered a perfect option for our kids. The house layout was perfect, with a first floor master for my parents and a first floor bunk room for the cousins. Some of the older cousins did elect to stay in their own bedroom with double beds, which was a perfect option for them. The house was only a few doors down from a beachfront restaurant/bar, which offered lovely beachside frozen drinks for the adults to enjoy. Everything was clean on our arrival, and the pool was cleaned of sand and other floaters again half way through our stay. There was plenty of culinary cookware and plates for us, and a variety of beach towels plus "leftover' beach toys and blowups for the kids to enjoy. Check in and check out was easy. I would gladly stay there again in the future

Excellent property. Carpets around the main door and pool area are a welcomed bonus to prevent slipping. The shades mounted in reverse were difficult to operate (no big deal). Extremely clean and modern baths are great convenience. Beds very comfortable (pillows could use some work). Kitchen space and accessories were more than sufficient.

Simply Incredible

This property is fantastic! My long-time group of friends booked this beachfront house for our annual get-together. We have stayed all over the country, and this property is now in our top 3 all-time! Getting to the home from Savannah, GA is so easy (Uber and Lyft and taxi) made it a breeze. The Sea Pines area is gorgeous, with all the amenities one would expect. The home itself was perfect for our large group. So many beds and bathrooms! The Wi-Fi speed is so fast, and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool area is such a highlight! We spent so much time outside laughing and soaking up the sun! I can’t recommend this property more for your vacations or retreat! Shout out to Robert and the rest of the property management team! They were easy to work with and answered every question we had, and ALWAYS answered the phone. Pure class and professional! Book this house right now!

Great house and location!

This house is beautiful inside and out! It truly was a full remodel as the listing says. We had multiple families and it worked great for our group of 23 with plenty of room. The pool area was private with foliage separating the houses on each side. The location two doors down from the beach club was quite convenient — we could walk there for restaurants and to easily catch the trolley. We rented six bikes for the week, which we highly recommend. We even had people in our group who don’t like to ride bikes take them for rides on some of Sea Pines many miles of trails and on the beach. We rode bikes to get to restaurants, grab coffee, and the kids took them to ride to Harbourtown for ice cream. It was helpful to have a car, however, to get to church, grocery store, and restaurants outside of Sea Pines. It was convenient having a bathroom for each bedroom. The bunk room is spacious and well designed. It slept seven comfortably and has ample room for a couple other kids to hang out on the provided bean bags in there. Throughout the house there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, serving bowls, table service, plastic storage containers, drinking and wine glasses/cups and coffee mugs — as well as plenty of small appliances including a blender, toaster, Keurig, and coffee maker. The house doesn’t have foil/plastic wrap, and for safety reasons no food, condiments, spices so we picked up what we needed at Walmart on the way in. There are multiple grocery stores within a short drive. The house also has a separate ice machine, wine fridge and an extra refrigerator in the garage, all of which were useful. There are some beach towels (7-8), so you will want to bring more of your own as well. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before going in the pool or house. Sand in the house is likely inevitable this close to the beach — no fear as there are a couple vacuums in the house. The house has a widow’s walk up top, which has great views and is something we have never seen. It is also very quiet and air conditioned, so a good place if someone has a little work to do or just needs some quiet time with an outstanding view. We recommend bringing binoculars. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return ourselves in the future! Finally, Robert was very responsive to any questions or feedback we had.

The house and location was amazing.

We loved the house and location. Manager was responsive. House needed a thorough deep clean. Outside needed power washed. Lots of dried bird dropping and windows needed cleaned. The pool area was wonderful. Great beach access. Large very functional kitchen. A great family vacation.

Spacious Family Home

The house was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 13 people. The kitchen was well-appointed and the ice-machine was an added bonus. The hot tub was not working when we arrived. A service call had it working halfway through our vacation week. The view was beautiful.

Fantastic Property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made good use of the beautifully renovated kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. Great location within 15 minutes of Whole Foods and Fresh Market. Loved the hot tub! The property manager was super responsive to our questions.

Wonderful experience!

Our family (3 generations) rented this beautiful home during Thanksgiving and immensely enjoyed our stay! It’s a great home, beautifully remodeled with perfectly a designed bedroom layout, large kitchen, and just steps to the beach. When our grandchildren weren’t playing on the beach, they were playing in the heated pool! Robert was quickly responsive to our precheck-in questions and golf club rental. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful beach home in Sea Pines

We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends at your beautiful beach! The bedroom setups were perfect! The kids although too young to sleep In the bunk room loved playing in it! It was great since it had four Master bedrooms for the adults and lots of bed choices for the children 5 and under to sleep! The kitchen and family room areas were spacious and the kitchen was well appointed! Thanks for providing your home for us to rent! The VB’s and the Mac’s.

Luxurious beach getaway; great for families, even during a pandemic.

We stayed in this home for a 5 night beach vacation with 10 family members. As the renter, the group consisted of my wife and two little children (both under 5) as well as my parents, siblings and in-laws. If you've ever tried to spend a vacation with your parents, in-laws and your little kids at the same time, you know the following things are insanely important: A ton of space, a great room for the kids to be excited about, multiple living areas, lots of televisions, GOOD WIFI, a huge kitchen (with lots of seating), and a luxurious master suite to escape to at the end of an exhausting day. 23 Red Cardinal provided all of these things, and more. It's hard to critique a property that's been recently and beautifully updated and sits in the location this one does. If there's one "critique" it's that there is a lack of shade in the pool area, so it can get incredibly hot going from beach to pool. Fear not, though, as it seems the owners plan to totally fix this situation in the near future with some pool deck renovations. Can't say enough about how great the house and its condition were. The property manager, Robert, was extremely communicative and responsive and was great to deal with as well. We stayed in a home across the street last year and decided to upgrade to this one this year. Such a great decision. We'll be back.

The renovation made the house like NEW

We spent 5 nights are the beautiful home right on the beach. We had a group of 10 and with 7 bedrooms we had more than enough beds. We had plans to go out to dinner one night but decided to cancel because we were enjoying the property. The kitchen was stocked with utensils as if someone lived there. This made cooking/serving very easy. We may be back next year to enjoy. I understand they plan to renovate the pool area this year. We will be back.

Beautifully remodeled property!

My family felt so fortunate to be the first guests in this beautifully remodeled house! It had everything we needed inside and out, especially with the pool and the beach right outside the door. We never felt like we needed to leave the property which was important during these Covid-19 times. The property manager was very attentive, too.
