Spettacolare New Sea Pines Beach Home TUTTE le 7 camere da letto sono ampie camere con letti king o queen con bagni adiacenti / 8 bagni / grande piscina privata / pochi secondi a piedi dalla spiaggia / Progettato e costruito per vacanze di lusso. Vista della spiaggia dalla veranda coperta che si affaccia sulla grande piscina privata (17 'x 32') e si collega al percorso della spiaggia. Siediti all'ombra del portico o al sole in piscina A soli 20 secondi a piedi lungo un sentiero alberato per una bellissima spiaggia. La cucina di un cuoco, un sacco di refrigerazione, due lavastoviglie, posti a sedere per 22, camera familiare e una sala multimediale separata. Perfect house and location.

HHI College Reunion

This was our second time in the house and it was still looking as new. There are two tables in dining area so all of us could eat together. The covered porch overlooking the pool is a great place for getting everyone together. There is an easy access to the beach walk for a short walk to a very nice stretch of beach.

Hilton Head Adventure 2024

We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this beautiful house and it's close location to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Rebecca was very responsive to our small requests. We would def stay there again. Thanks for a great week.

High school Friends from 1963

The property was perfect for a diverse group of 79 year old friends of all genders! It was close enough to the beach and the front porch was a perfect gathering space. The rooms were spacious and bed comfortable and accommodating. We've chosen this house twice for this group and it feels like coming home to our friends!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful, comfortable house for our multi-generational family. Loved the porch to enjoy! The kitchen was fabulous with lots of storage and room to cook. Patrick was a great host and very responsive.

Nice location in South Beach

Very nice spacious house, 4th row from beach. Beach access by walkway adjacent to house. Very nice pool, larger than most in Sea Pines. Worked well for our group of 10 adults and 8 kids. Would stay there again.

Annual Family Hilton Head Vacation

Our large family has stayed at this wonderful beach house multiple times and could not be happier there. The home is well designed, fully stocked with everything you need, in a perfect location and the property owners/managers are very professional and accommodating. We will return again next year!

Wonderful stay!

My family had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We love Hilton Head and especially the Sea Pines area, and this location cannot be beat. The house is a very short walk to the beach, has huge comfortable bedrooms and very nice bathrooms, the kitchen is incredible and well-stocked, the pool is so nice, I truly could go on and on about how much we loved our stay here. And communication with Rebecca, the property manager, was great. Highly recommend!

Love this house

This is the second time we have rented this fabulous house. Very short walk on the path to the beach. Well stocked to accommodate lots of people. Clean, super comfortable and very responsive homeowner. Highly recommend!

Great for our family thanksgiving

Property even better than advertised. Very spacious with 7 bedrooms and 7+ bathrooms. Beach is truly 2 minutes away and we sat for hours enjoying watching grandkids play. Dolphins galore. Lots to do we golfed, rode bikes, took a nature cruise, played games. Just enjoyed each other’s company

A Blessed Vacation

We were able to host our large family, four of our children, their spouses and five children under five for seven days without any drama. That should speak volumes! The property is spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful. It was conducive to conversations, games, quiet time and lots of large family meals. It's just wonderful and we are trying to figure out how to get back there.

House is very accommodating. Nice big kitchen that seated entire family. Pool is great! We sat on porch hours at a time. Very nice barbecue area. This was our second time in this house. Had what appeared to be new furniture since our last visit. APP on line should be updated. Very close to beach. Less than 5 minute walk to beach.

Wonderful house

We had a great family Christmas at 11 Black Skimmer. Short walk to the beach and we also loved riding bikes on the beach. The house is spacious but also cozy. Great family room/kitchen area for large family and friends dinners/games/puzzles and football. The host Patrick was responsive before and during our stay. We also appreciated his flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. I would recommend to anyone with a large group looking to vacation on Hilton Head. Would be great to try it in the summer so as to also enjoy the pool!

High School Friends From 1963

11 Black Skimmer was perfect for a mixed group of Classmates from 1963. We came from Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Hilton Head. The house was close to the beach. the living area gave us an opportunity to cook together in a spacious kitchen, eat together on a large table, and visit in the open great room comfortably!! The bedrooms were very spacious, confortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. There was plenty of parking for all cars, and the owner had communicated simply and completely about what to expect with trash pick-up and pool maintenance. Then location made excursions easy. The whole experience and property was perfect.
