The Space:
When you enter this new home you will feel the sense that "You have arrived" as you enter from the outside "Savannah" staircase. The first floor living area features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large kitchen island, a dining area with a table for 10, 4 barstools at the island and another 4 bar stools at the sofa table. An attached screened in porch overlooks the backyard pool and yard area with comfortable seating for 7. The living area features a large sofa sectional with ample seating for the group. The first floor also features a large master suite with a King size bed, attached ensuite with walk in shower, separate soaking tub and double sink vanity. Bedroom 2 on the main floor also features a king size bed, attached ensuite with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. A full size laundry with a full size washer and dryer is also located just off the entry next to the half bath.

Up the stairs to the second floor you will find 5 additional bedrooms and 4 more full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with bedrooms 3 and 4 sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 is the bunk room, with four twin beds and its own bathroom with a double vanity sink and tub/shower combination. Bedroom 6 features a king size bed with an attached ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 7 also features a king size bed with an attached ensuite with a walk-in shower.
