The second floor is dedicated to the master suite with one king bed and beautiful views. The main floor bedroom has two full beds. The bathroom on the first floor also has a walk-in shower.

Cable and Wi-Fi are included, as well as a washer and dryer, all linens, extra pillows and blankets. This two-story villa has everything you need for the perfect vacation! Inverness Village offers a private saltwater pool, baby pool, and sundeck for fishing on the lagoon. There is also a dock for kayak access on the 11-mile lagoon system. Adjacent to the pool are three new private Har-Tru tennis courts that are easy to reserve and free for guests. Inverness is one of the only properties in Palmetto Dunes with its own tennis courts.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses, 118 miles of bike paths, 450 tennis and pickle ball courts, 250 shops, 200 restaurants and 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches.
