The dining area has seating for 6 and access to the private deck area.

The kitchen has been opened up and renovated to include all new cabinets and quartz countertops. You will find brand new Bosch appliances, a gorgeous Italian 7-burner dual fuel range and a stand-alone ice maker.

The primary suite offers a king size bed, Smart TV, views of the pool and a large closet area. The private bathroom is complete with dual vanities and a spacious, zero-entry walk-in shower.

On the other side of the home you'll find the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large zero-entry walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV and private bathroom with shiplap walls and a tiled tub/shower combination.

The outdoor area of this home was completely reconstructed in the spring of 2022 to include a new premium PVC decking and a pool. The deck offers a mix of sun and shade, multiple sitting area, all with views of the natural landscaping and golf course beyond.

This is the closest single family home in Shipyard to the beach, just a short 0.7 mile walk or bike ride via shady path.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 3 Car Passes Max.

*Pool Heat and Cooling are available seasonally for an additional fee. The owner of the home is offering FREE pool heat (up to 80 degrees) for March 2026-May 2026. Please note- should the air temperature go below 55 degrees, the pool heater may not be able to maintain temperature.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
