One Bedroom Ocean View Condo!

  • This beachfront 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 5th floor villa features wonderful ocean views from every window. Upon entering, the fully equipped kitchen is on the right, perfect for preparing meals. There is a breakfast bar for two as well as a dining table that seats four. To the left, you will find an additional full bathroom with a walk in shower.

    The villa has been recently updated with new vinyl plank flooring, creating a bright and inviting coastal feel. The living room has been completely refreshed with all new furniture as of 2026, including comfortable seating and stylish coastal decor throughout. A mounted flat screen TV provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

    The primary bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk in shower. A sliding door provides direct access to the balcony.

    Just an elevator ride down, the beach is only steps away. Windsor Place is an oceanfront complex in Palmetto Dunes offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a large community swimming pool, Jacuzzi, zero entry children’s pool, sundeck, and grilling area. A scenic boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to the beach. Guests are also close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including three championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, and miles of bike paths.

    Complex pool dates are subject to change at any time.

Elevator broke, stuck on the fifth floor with an 80-year-old

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful place except the elevators need to be fixed. If you hold it longer than 10 seconds they stop working.My 80 year old mother was stuck on the fifth floor and could not come down to go to the beach.

Hilton Head June 2024 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was excellent. The place was beautifully kept and very clean. The view from the balcony was like a postcard. The private beach was beautiful and there was a lot of room for sunbathing. We had a had to miss a few days on the beach due to the windy conditions that week, but we went to the pool a few times and it was very nice (no wind at the pool area). There were always plenty of chairs available and the pool was very big so never crowded. The biking was great. The path was right outside the hotel and winded through the resort and onto the main island where we could ride for many miles. Everyone we talked to were friendly. In the room, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good and everything worked as expected. We ate at two of the three restaurants in the resort and enjoyed both. It was conveniently across the main road from Shelter Cove where we saw fireworks and ate at several restaurants. The only small negative was a foul odor when we turned on the kitchen faucet that was not present at the other sinks. Maybe this had something to do with the resort, but this was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again.

The villa was fantastic with its ocean front/pool view from the top floor od Windsor Place. The villa was very well-equipped and immaculate. A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a 1 bdrm condo at Windsor Place II on the 5th floor. Nice accommodations, great view, short walk to the fantastic beach. Too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was great, following a round of golf. I didn't play any of the PD courses, as they are not worth the price. There are many good courses on and off island that are better values. The parking garage was full most days, requiring us to park outside - less convenient, if you have groceries or luggage. PD is close to many very good restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in the Windsor area of Palmetto Dunes. This villa was almost perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the the balcony was great for outside dining and relaxing. The biggest downfall of this villa was the sofa. It is actually part of a Murphy bed and just was not comfortable. It was way too low and deep. Another slight inconvenience was the lack of a built in ice maker. (Not even ice cube trays.). But we managed by simply buying a bag of ice. The villa was clean and convenient to all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer.
