Dive into Coastal Bliss at our Newly Renovated Beach Retreat!

This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home on Hilton Head Island has been meticulously renovated to bring the calming essence of the coast indoors. This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and is just short walk to the George Fazio Golf course and the beach!

Relaxing shades of blue wash over the interior, creating a serene atmosphere that perfectly complements the beachy vibe. The new Gourmet Kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and comes fully-equipped, making cooking meals for the family an easy task. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with formal dining for six, with additional seating for three at the island. The living room is spacious and provides ample comfortable seating arrangements perfect for lounging and watching the 75 inch Smart TV, after a day at the beach.

On the first floor are two bedrooms that share a newly renovated hall bath. First one to the right, consists of two queen beds and a Smart TV. To the left there is a room with two twin beds and another Smart TV. The shared bathroom for the two twin rooms has a shower/tub combination.

On the second level is the primary bedroom and bathroom which has a two-sink vanity and gorgeous walk-in shower. It has a king bed and additional sitting area with a Smart TV.

Unwind and soak up the sun by the sparkling private pool, perfect for afternoon dips and evening cocktails under the stars. There is an outdoor propane gas grill for your use!

Spend your days basking in the sunshine and swimming in the ocean. In the evenings, take a leisurely stroll on the beach and listen to the soothing rhythm of the waves. Across the street is a walking bridge taking you to your closest beach access point!

Very beautiful remodel, would encourage some simple convenience improvements. (Overhead lights in bedrooms and living rooms, easier access to outlets, charging stations would be appreciated. Also, strongly recommend a simple written cheat sheet for using TV, (how to access spectrum, network channels, etc). Pool area is so shady, would have liked to have known that spa was not heated.

We have been going to Hilton Head for over 10 years and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. Everything was very clean, organized and ready for new guests to come. I liked how they have a book of all the things around the area and more, kitchen had everything that we needed. all the rooms are very spacious. The house was definitely very homey. There is a walkway to the beach which is very convenient. The only thing we wish it had was an option to heat the pool and for the lights to work on inside there for night time swimming, we have little kids and would have definitely paid to have it heated! we hope its available for next year! We will definitely be renting from here again!!

Beautiful home, great location

The home was amazing - looks like it was professionally decorated. Everything to make us comfortable was thought of. Lovely pool, so close to the beach, easy walk to the general store and restaurants.
