Nuovissimo per il mercato degli affitti, questa bellezza recentemente rinnovata è il luogo perfetto per la vostra visita a Hilton Head Island. Situato nella famosa zona di North Forest Beach, questa casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e si trova su una strada privata. Tutta la casa è stata rinnovata e aggiornata con TUTTO nuovo di zecca. La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La 4a camera da letto ha un divano letto e una TV a grande schermo in modo che durante il giorno possa essere usata per i bambini. C'è una porta per quella stanza per la privacy - la combinazione perfetta.

Lo spazio abitativo è aperto e favorevole per grandi riunioni di famiglia. Un sacco di posti a sedere attorno al tavolo da pranzo e al bancone per mangiare. Il soggiorno ha mobili nuovi e comodi per riunirsi per guardare la TV o semplicemente rilassarsi. Le camere da letto sono in fondo al corridoio per una grande separazione dallo spazio abitativo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Le altre camere hanno un letto matrimoniale, una serie di gemelli e un divano letto. E il soggiorno ha un divano letto. Tutto il necessario per dormire un sonno confortevole 10.

Un portico schermato fuori dalla cucina è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, guardare i bambini che giocano in piscina e godersi un delizioso pasto all'aperto. La piscina è di 14 piedi per 28 piedi con una mensola abbronzante 4 piedi per 14 piedi. Racchiuso in un cortile recintato, è circondato da un'incantevole terrazza con piscina pavimentata con molti posti a sedere.

La zona di North Forest Beach sembra uno spazio residenziale con molte famiglie residenti permanenti e case in affitto. È una zona tranquilla con un lungo tratto di spiagge molto private. La spiaggia vicino alla casa è davvero accessibile solo da coloro che vivono e affittano in questa strada in modo da avere sempre molta spiaggia per te. La casa si trova a breve distanza da Coligny Plaza, dove ci sono tonnellate di ristoranti e negozi con intrattenimento serale.

Overall we had a great time. The only issue was the pool that was green. The property owner was good with addressing the issue, but it took 3 times to finally have to shock the pool the day before we were leaving. Other than that it was a great vacation!!

Perfect House For a Beach Trip!

Such a lovely property! We enjoyed staying here on fall break - two families of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children each). This house has one room with a king bed and its own bathroom, one queen room, one room with 2 twin beds, and a second bathroom. Plenty of space in the living room, dining room, and extra room, which includes a tv and pull out couch if needed. Also appreciated a washer and dryer so we could easily wash towels as needed. The outdoor space was also great! Enjoyed sitting out back in the screened in porch by the pool reading books and drinking morning coffee. The neighborhood was pleasant especially the neighbor to the left - he was very friendly and walked his dogs to the beach every day! The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. You do cross the road, but it isn't that busy of a road anyways. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you so much.

Great house

Our first family trip with the grandchildren, ages 3-1/2 and 11 mos. The house was perfect for our family of 7. It was great having a ranch with no stairs to worry about. The pool was quite large and we all enjoyed it. It was a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this home to future renters.

Close to the beach, great pool, rude lady in neighborhood

We rented this house with our 3 younger boys. This is our first time renting a place with our own pool and our kids looked forward to this the most. We arrived early evening on Saturday. The house was nice and plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool was great and the walk to the beach only took about 5 minutes which was nice because one of our boys is only 3. Our biggest complaint was one of the ladies that lived on that street. We are not sure which house she came from. On Saturday night around 9 pm she came over to the front door and was cussing at me because we were being too loud in the pool. I tried to explain to her that there were people behind us that had music playing and were out as well, but she didn’t care. She told me that she would be calling the police on us and that it was a residential area and was not happy that we were renting the house. She said not everyone can’t be on vacation and people have to work. Mind you this was a Saturday night and not super late and also she lives at a popular beach area with beach rentals around her! We paid a lot of money for this house for vacation and did not appreciate one bit being cussed at and threatened to have the cops called on us on our first night there. We have 3 young boys who we were swimming with and they were not being loud at all. This ruined our first night there and we felt that we couldn’t even enjoy the pool in the evenings because we didn’t want issues with this lady and have come over and bother us again. I did text the number given to us to make sure that we were allowed to be swimming at 9 on a SATURDAY night. The person who responded said that it was fine, but I still didn’t want the police called on us during our vacation so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as late as we wanted to. My only recommendation would be to hang blinds/curtains on the windows by the front door. They are completely glass on either side so I felt like that didn’t give you much privacy. One other thing would be that the fitted sheets on all the beds do not stay on. We fixed them each day, but it did get a little bit annoying to wake up with the sheets falling off. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house, the pool and location. We come to Hilton head every year and if it were not for the lady we would definitely rent this house again.

Great location

This was a nice property very close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). The kids loved the pool, which was nicely sheltered from the wind making it usable even on the cooler/windier days that we tend to experience in the early weeks of April in HHI. The hosts were very responsive as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

No pool heat

The pool heat was paid for immediately upon request but the pool heater did not work and we were unable to swim in the pool. I requested a refund of my money and have yet to have the refund completed. I do understand that these things can happen and are out of anyones control, but being assured that the heat worked for the last three guests is not helpful. This was our first vacation since the pandemic and being a healthcare worker it was a much needed one. I would just like my refund.

February trip

This was our first time to hilton head, and it was great. Place would be perfect for 2 families of 3/4 (7-8 people total). Pool was heated, but did cost extra and the beach was a short 5min walk. Note, that you do cross a busy road to get to the beach, but we were able to manage w backpacks and still hold kid hands.

Great house on the ocean

We spent a week at the house and it was a great vacation. The house was recently remodeled and had many of the small amenities you look for in a vacation house. The pool was great and very private. The house is located on a quiet street, but within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house was within walking distance of the beach, but it was a good 5 minute walk. It would have been nice if they provided a wagon and beach chairs, but the owners were up front that they were not available. Overall I would rent again if we visited Hilton Head.

First time at Hilton Head

We had an amazing vacation and experience. The house was short walk to ocean, and the pool was great! Loved the layout! The den area is perfect for kids to hang out. We will be back! Only suggestion would be a beach wagon on property. The walk is relatively short but can feel daunting while carrying all the beach gear!

Great house and location

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The house was great. The proximity to the beach is great. Not 150 yards as advertised but about 3 block walk total but a very easy walk. Very quiet neighborhood but close to Coligny plaza. I’m pretty picky about where I spend my weeks and I cannot think of anything to complain about at this property

Vacation 2021

The overall stay was great. I have been going to HHI for over 20 years and love the island. Here are the Pros: Great location and easy walk to the beach which is not over crowded due to the location. Easy walk to Coligne The house is on a quiet street. The pool is great. We had an issue with the toilet and front door and the property manager had it fixed within a few hours on Sunday. Cons: The house is small if you bring 3 couples. The kitchen is also a little small and there only a few plates and bowls to use, and the cooking supplies are limited at best. The grill was ok, but will need to be replaced soon. The house has a many little minor issues that need to be repaired. One other issue is that they came to spray the yard and blow the debi off the walk ways and around the pool while we were home and basically came into the back yard while we were out and we needed to go inside until they were finished.

Beautiful house-Highly Recommend

This is our second time staying here and oh my gosh we love house so much. Nice short walk to the beach and an amazing pool. Please note for anyone bringing anyone with mobility issues though, the bathroom doorways are too narrow for a standard walker. The rest of the house is nicely accessible but the bathrooms are a bit of a challenge. Still, I would absolutely come back here again.

Wonderful

Great house, Clean, great area, LOVED the pool { but it could use some handrails} . We have been coming to HHI for 30 some years, and this is one of our favorite houses. A dining table on the screen porch would be nice, I brought my card table because we spent most of our time out there.

Perfect for a family of 3

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The pool has a sun shelf, which our daughter loved. The walk to the beach wasn’t overwhelming with a 2 year old, beach wagon, and 10x10 canopy. The house was clean, and we would stay here again!

Great house!

This was a perfect spot for our family and friends. Everyone really enjoyed being so close to the beach and the backyard pool area was so nice. Owners were quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Older home

The location of this property is perfect...quiet neighborhood within a couple of blocks to the beach and bike path. The home is older and has many basic maintenance issues such as closet doors falling off hinges, mildewed shower curtain, slow sink drains, broken pool net, leaky shower head, etc. Also lacks some window treatments. It was comfortable but we wouldn't stay again.

This house was exactly what my small family needed! We aren’t “beach” people, so the proximity to the sand for a couple of hours each day followed by an afternoon in the pool made this vacation perfect. We can’t wait to come back here again.
