Great Location

Overall, a great property just steps from the beach. The space was clean and comfortable throughout. The only minor challenge was keeping the bedroom at a consistently comfortable temperature, likely due to the AC placement.

Long weekend getaway

Me and my girlfriend wanted to go to beach for long weekend. It was a great stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short uber rides to places a little further out.

good unit

Excellent location. Great communication with owner. Could use a few updates. Air condition gave out good air, but unfortunately the air didn't reach the bedroom making it a bit uncomfortable. Overall the stay was nice.

The condo itself was decorated nicely and was cute. It had a nice sideview of the ocean. The extra little bed in the hall was a great addition for my 11 yr old to sleep on. The building which is of no control over the condo owner was outdated and the hallway smelled awful. I had to hold my breath every time I walked out. There was only one elevator and that was at the other end of the building.

Enjoyed the ocean breezes

My husband and I really enjoyed the ocean breezes with the balcony doors open. Air conditioning was fine, especially with using the fan that was in the bedroom, but we didn’t need it much. Beach was a short walk away but we preferred to sit on the balcony. The complex has an elevator with carts available to move your luggage. Bed was comfortable and check in/out was easy. It was our first stay in Hilton Head and we hope to be back!

Overall a very good experience...great location, great view of ocean, walking distance to beach and numerous shops/restaurants. Only negative was that the matress on the sofa was stained and we had to flip it over Otherwise a great place and we had a wonderful time

Excellent location with a view

First trip to HHI and we had a great time. The property had an ocean view from the balcony and there was easy access to the pool which was clean and the beach. The beach area was nice and clean with no smoking or drinking. A lifeguard was also on duty. This was a VERY family friendly place overall. The condo was a bit dated but for the price, you had everything you needed. There was a small bunk in the hallway for a child, a queen bed in the bedroom and a foldout couch. Really everything you needed in the kitchen as well. Would recommend this property for small families and couples.

Great location

The room was a good place to stay at a great location. The Seaside Villas complex is a quiet place to stay. The beach within view and a short walk to it was a great positive. It was nice that they provided beach chairs and toys for kids. It was also easy to go to other locations on the island and many great stops close to the villas. The only con was that the only air unit was in the living space. It could not keep every room cool. As the week got warmer, the bedroom and bathroom got warmer. Outside of that 1st world problem, it was a great stay and we had a great time on the island.

Much needed getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and just a minute down the road from the unit. Everything was as expected from the listing. The property manager messaged us to see if we had any questions before and during our trip which is impressive. I didn't see the messages until after we had arrived home but this let me know if I needed anything while there we would have not had any trouble!

We're Fans

Our experience was wonderful. Not only was check-in a breeze, we were allowed to check-in early which was a great blessing to my fiancé and I. We were very comfortable in the villa for our elopement and honeymoon. We were married directly on the beach and within view of the villa. The villa was clean and kitchen fully stocked. I appreciated the extra cleaning supplies on hand as well. The villa location had excellent view of the beach, was quiet and has ample parking. From the villa, you're minutes away from Coligny Beach and shopping (by foot or car). We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect condo!

This was the perfect size for me and my husband. Great ocean view and so close to everything that we were able to walk and not rent a car! Just Ubered to a few places for dinner. Kerry was very responsive to our needs- the few we had. Will be back! Thank you!
