Con patio fuori del soggiorno e camera da letto matrimoniale, gli ospiti che soggiornano in Ocean One 121 offre un facile accesso verso l'Oceano Atlantico e le sue spiagge di sabbia bianca e la piscina con vista sull'oceano. Dopo ore di surf, i vacanzieri sciacquare sotto la doccia all'aperto situato sulla passerella spiaggia privata del complesso e poi tuffo in piscina d'acqua dolce. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condition of the condo was poor and dated. Headboard unattached to bed. 2 of the sinks drained poorly. When we called about this, a plumber came out the next day and simply removed the stopper from the drain. Although that fixed the problem, it doesn't help for those of us that put contacts in your eyes and need the stopper to prevent your contacts from going down the drain, if dropped. For the money we paid, we were expecting better.

Amazing location on the beach!

I don't recommend this vacation rental

Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs some overall maintenance. The dryer made a horrible noise, the fridge leaked, master bathroom toilet had flushing issues, carpet needed cleaned. we have stayed at other ocean one condos that were great, this one not so much. We will stay at Ocean one again, just not this particular condo. We love Ocean One's location, its pool and closeness to the Ocean.

Stay was Great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 221 Ocean One this past week. The location was fabulous with the pool just a few steps away from the back patio and the beach only a short walk further. Having Coligny Circle and the Tiki Hut right next door was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and thye beach. The only negatives were that the beds were very uncomfortable in all bedsrooms. The mattresses and beddings were of poor quality. We had to have service come and fix the dryer which seems to be near needing replacement. Even with these couple negatives, I would highly recommend the place. It was great.
