The Space:

Ocean Villa A205 is a meticulously curated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium that underwent a comprehensive renovation to meet contemporary luxury standards. The interior is defined by modern gray tile flooring and a sophisticated coastal color palette. The open-concept living area is designed for both functionality and comfort, featuring a bar-height island for dining and a living room equipped with a convertible sofa and a smart TV.

The kitchen is a highlight of the property, outfitted with full-sized stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with integrated water and ice dispensers, and ample cabinetry for storage. The bedroom serves as a private sanctuary, featuring a Simmons Beautyrest Harmony Lux Hybrid medium-plush mattress for an optimal sleep experience. The bathroom includes a custom-tiled walk-in shower and modern fixtures. Outside, the private balcony offers a dedicated space for alfresco dining or relaxation while enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrises.

This is a medium plush mattress. Awesome villa for singles and couples, with a maximum occupancy of 4.



The balcony has a table for outdoor relaxing or eating. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and catch sunrises from your balcony. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, the largest beachfront pool on the island, and a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, a fitness center, and a 2nd pool at the resort. There are two additional restaurants for eating in or delivery to the villa. Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

To ensure a seamless stay, please be aware of the following:

Provisioning: The kitchen is stocked with plates, glassware, bowls, and cookware. Please note that cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not provided.

Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included with the reservation. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 each.

Regulations: Per community guidelines, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the resort grounds.

Laundry: A shared laundry facility is conveniently located on the same floor, just a short distance from the villa entrance.
