Everyone was very friendly, the check-in was great. The pool was very nice and big. The room was as described. Perfect for our little family. The only thing that I would suggest for the property is the boardwalk getting to the beach I feel needs replaced or worked on. Just needs a little maintenance. There were several areas that I felt like could Splinter a foot. And one day there was a nail or a screw that I stepped on even with my shoes that could have really hurt someone. But I must say by the time I went to notify somebody of that it had already been taken care of, so that was pretty fast work on the maintenance crew. It just needs a little upkeep on that Boardwalk is all. I can't imagine with being so near all that sand and salt water I'm sure it's very hard to keep it perfect all the time. Aside from that, I would say it was a 5 out of 5. And absolutely nothing to do with the owners of the unit. I love to how quick they were to respond when I would send them a message, and they communicated with me everything perfectly from the time I booked. Check-in was very easy and I didn't think we'd be able to check in before but we arrived about 2:00. We had planned on just going to the beach until check in. But as we were unloading our vehicle we got a message saying that the unit was ready and we were able to check right on in. We didn't ask to do that but they sent us a message and it worked out perfect.
